Dude...obviously you have no knowledge of that photo or what is behind it, and all you want to do is stir up shit...as normal. The pic is of Brian Moreau, a young French rider who suffered spinal injury riding for TLD at the 2020 Tampa SX. Brian & his family are close friends of Marvin & Mathilde Musquin...and Mathilde spent a lot of time being his "guardian angel" while he was in the hospital for surgery and rehabilitation. There is nothing "inappropriate" about the photo at all...just Mathilde posing with Brian as a friend. I think it shows how cool she is, and how she took time to invest in a young rider who was hurt and a long way from home. It has nothing to do with "Moto Wives".

I'm fully aware of a story, and if you think that picture (and quite a few others of the same kind) is appropriate, there's really something tragically wrong with your values.

There’s something tragically wrong inside your head.

Do you see his hands anywhere inappropriate? Do you see space between them? Do you see any "inappropriate" contact? Seems as if your values are the ones that are twisted. Insecure in your masculinity much? I doubt seriously that Marvin felt butt hurt about this photo.

If you see something wrong in that picture it says more about you and the true behind what you consider about "values", wouldn't surprise me if you sympathize with archaic treats from Taliban towards woman.

It seems the Euros (Marv, Dylan, and Kenny) are doing a much better job picking a moto-wife. You see after the races those girls all tending to their racers. Best thing a guy could have is a quality ride or die.

I will say this, as my wife brought this up.... Alot of our american boys fall for a prototypical stereotype when they're racing and doing moderately ok.

That stereotype seems to always end up in the same place. probably atleast 7 outta 10 times.

Funny, that's just what I thought on the previous page reading macho bigots bashing Cleland without knowing nada about the whole situation...

Anyways...
Some private pictures of private moments should just stay private, especially if you can't help but posing like if you were at the academy awards.

Can anyone tell me how Tickle's ex-Wife ruined his career?

That's a hot take I hadn't heard yet.....

Did she sabotage him and put PEDs in his coffee? Did she tip off WADA that he was doping?

Inquiring minds (mine at least) want to know....

Wow, trying to comfort someone that had a life altering injury is inappropriate? Glad I've been brought up to be able to see compassion in people, maybe open your eyes to the world a little??

Mathilde might be the coolest person in the pits.

Period.

That pic of Mathilde and Brian Moreau looks like nothing but compassion and friendship to me. If she was my wife, I'd have ZERO issue with it.

Threads like these really make me shake my head.

I am childhood friends with some of these guys, the amount of bad information about their lives (personal or racing) is painful to read.

While that's all true, many of them are victims of their own social media & the drama that it all feeds in to.

Sad; but, true.

What is wrong with you? She is just hanging out with a young man who was recently paralyzed and watching over him. Jesus Criminy, what do you think is about to happen?

If you think something is wrong with that photo you must be an unimaginable prude with values right out of the Middle Ages.

Brian lived with Marvin and Mathilde, they helped him become accustomed to life in America, translated for him, taught him how to drive, fed him, and gave him a home when he was away from his family as a young man, they saw him like a little brother or even a son. Get your head out of your ass.

It is so common here (and practically every other online forum) for a member to come on a thread...troll-post something absolute idiotic, stir things up...and then run away like a coward. Pathetic cry for attention...

Got to love the internet. Pinch

You don’t need social media or a personal relationship to know how caring and passionate of a human Mathilde (and Marv for that matter) is.

Even Hopper cringed at Zobito’s comments.

That comment is way off base, regretfully good people trying to help someone get dumb ass comments like this posted and turn this forum into a shit show.

While I don't know the Musquin's on a personal basis of course, I had a chance to meet them both at a press dinner the night before the Houston SX years ago when they had only been in the states for a year or so. I was totally impressed by how open, humble and personable they both were. I became an instant fan of Marvin's...and of Mathilde as well, just because she was so cool and friendly. Good people, for sure.

Someone said earlier that she was one of the coolest people in the pits, and I can believe it.

Since Moreau was dragged into this in the worst way possible, how is he doing? In the last post from road to recovery (Jan 2020), he said that his upper body was doing well and he had some feeling in his legs. R2R raised over $100k by the way. There was a thread on here from Sep 2020 indicating that he wasn't in a good spot mentally. That thread was full of a bunch of inspiring vital members in wheelchairs. I re-read the whole thread and I think I'll donate to R2R today and never click on threads about riders splitting with their wives ever again.

It seems like the Euros are much more cultured on the whole.

A blind man could've seen that one coming. I seem to remember her posting like a modeling selfie to give an update on Peick's condition.

Marv and Mathilde just seem like great human beings. This picture, even though the circumstances suck, is so genuine.

Good idea…and I’ll follow your example, both in a contribution and decision not to fall for another thread like this. Entirely my bad. Had I not been completely taken aback by the picture of Brian & Mathilde and the absolutely asinine comment that accompanied it…I would have just backed out and gone about my business, or at least involved myself with something more positive.

Man, sometimes that physical touch/closeness love language can get you through some tough times. When my appenidx burst in college and my parents couldn't get to me my girlfriend sat by my side and waited. I didn't know she was there till it was like 3am when I woke up and she just had her hand on my hand. Mathilde is doing something only a woman can do for a man (in most cases) and that's show love.
