Its most likely that Kawasaki, being a team that has experience with the fastest riders who push the envelope (rc stew rv tomac), has knowledge of setup and team logistics that Kawasaki does not want ktm to poach. and roger is very smart, he would be watching the kawi guys closely.

Granted. It should be a choice of the rider. Not a team or manager. There are too many premadonas anyway from what there us to be. Go back in the day and give us a team of Bailey Omar’a Hansen and Hannah or any combo back then

Lots of crap going on all the time with teams and riders but IMO US vs other countries and patriotic theme is in decline. Teams and manufactures are not patriotic to any country...having little to gain and lots to lose if their top rider gets injured and if their team does not support a rider they aren't going. Riders are in similar position, possible injuries and getting bagged on for not winning. Patriotism in US just isn't enough for some of US riders to push to go to MXON.

I have been to 3 MXON's and numerous supercross and pro nat's. The MXON's are by far the best fan experience and racing because there are so many unknowns and I cheer like hell for US riders, the atmosphere is crazy and personally I would like to see the top outdoors riders go,

It should be the choice of the rider for sure, if they foot the bill to get a bike and truck over there. But for now that responsibility is still on the teams, so they can say no if they want.

Yep if the team says no, who will pay, lotta time and $$ to do a non contracted event. Then if the rider gets hurt, the contract can voided.

The beef behind Kawasaki (Bruce) and KTM (Roger) is not hard to figure out. Kawasaki has had some serious beef with the Austrian brand ever since East Rutherford 2017 when Marvin pulled over for Dungey. Even though Tomac threw that title away that night while leading, and then rode like A-Ray after he got up, Kawasaki chose to focus on the somewhat obvious pull-over by Marvin. Things were said in public and private that likely have damaged the relationship beyond repair. Seems like Bruce is happy to just give a middle finger to Roger every time the Nations comes around.

(No I don't have a carrot in my ear)

Mitch has said in interviews on pulp that he thinks Roger does not work with the other teams as well , and that the team approach which has worked well in the past and for France alas well, is always dropped for the KTM teams pitting with their race teams

If the U.S. can't send our 3 best riders to compete in the mxon because of a beef between "Bruce at Kawasaki" and DeCoster, then Bruce needs a boot up the ass. It ain't about him or Kawasaki. It's about trying to win for your country's honor/pride. If DeCoster is indeed treating non Austrian machine riders differently, pitting separately, etc. then he needs to go. This shit is getting old. We can't always win, but we've got way too many badasses to go this long without winning the fucking thing.

Herlings and crew defended their home turf. Otherwise France has been the dominant team for a while now. Their riders bring the best race craft year in, year out.

Regardless it still isn’t a reason for Bruce to act like a spoiled child and take his toys and go home because he doesn’t get his way…if this is truly what the majority wants (which I don’t believe) there are better and more professional ways to go about it
