KTM 50cc engine cut out while I was on a big ride

Hi I have a ktm 50cc engine on a downhill mountain bike and I was thrashing the streets for a good solid hour and a half and it all of a sudden died and rolled to a stop now won't statt

Hahahaha mate I have another 3 motorised bikes but I like to ride this mean beast of a machine i Cruze at 80 kmh quarter throttle

You probably seized the top end or blew the crank bearings. The motors aren’t made for cruising long distances under sustained throttle openings

Piston moves normally and turns over still but won't start I'm pretty sure the throttle cable broke while I was riding a fixed it when I got home though now it won't start I also am getting spark and has good compression

spark,
compression,
