This thread is by far the most unhinged I've seen on Vital.

Like if 077 isn't Danny Brocker or his wife or a close friend/family, how unhealthy is this person to get this wrapped up in someone else's feud with a municipality?

And if they are Danny Brocker or his wife or a close friend/family, as Highflier said, what did they think they would accomplish by hiding their identity? Did they think "oh no one will believe/help me unless I pretend to be someone I'm not?"

All I'm saying is that 077 needs help one way or another, maybe not just legally.

Perhaps not the only person on the planet, but likely the only person in his area with such a unique number associated with him. So playing the odds, you are most likely Danny who chose an unfortunate user name here, or you are Lindsay trying to pretend that you are just an objective observer.

Either way, you guys may have had a chance had you not just completely ignored the things that you were asked to do. But your University of Google law degree was worth exactly half of its cost and it didn’t serve you well in court.

Not mr or mrs danny Brocker sorry. Why would it even matter? I never said I was an objective observer, I’m on his side and I know most everything in the case. You don’t have to do everything the government asks you to do, damn that pesky constitution. who are you btw? Just some lonely no name key board warrior?
APLMAN99 wrote:
Okay, Danny.

As another poster said, it’s not surprising that you had to actually do jail time for something that almost never involves jail time.
Seriously. Also I can't believe I read all this shit. If this other mystery poster is related in any way it's proof that their Google Lawyer Degrees (Not from a .gov or .org lmao) don't mean anything.

The largest argument here is: To get a license, the city wanted someone local to inspect the property. OP had a third party come out and he personally states that should be enough. City decided to send their own people. Danny refuses those people. Danny keeps refusing those people, keeps using the property, and is then surprised when he gets arrested.

Let the Cities people come out, film the entire interaction, have a lawyer present. Make them point out any violations and steps that could rectify them. But that would probably require someone to be mature, and as we can see from 077 that isn't going to happen anytime soon. Also being mature and handling everything like the city wanted would probably have gone pretty smooth. Instead we got to go all "Don't Tread On Me!" for things they know nothing about.

Or are you intentionally trying to impersonate him? I don't think that this is a coincidence.....

For the record, I have no opinion on the original issue, other than it seems that there is a little more to the story, and it seems like a mess. No doubt a shit situation for all involved.

However, "077" there are some big coincidences here, sure lots of people use the number 77, but 077 is pretty rare is it not? cant say I have ever seen a bike with that number on it.
You also list your location as from the same county and have also posted some paperwork with Danny's name and address on it. Finally, your only posts have been in this thread.

there are 3 possibilities here.
1. It's the biggest coincidence of all time
2. You are Danny and saying that you are not,
3 You are someone else, but trying to pass off as Danny.

If you are him, cool, Danny has more relevant info on this than anyone here.

You have no life. I am a family member, our entire family uses that number. Get over it.

See, now that wasn't so hard was it? You're a Brocker family member. Now your vitriol makes some sense. Not a lot, but I understand being upset about a family member in jail over what you consider no wrongdoing. However yelling on internet forums isn't going to help.

I don't know maybe pay a member of the BAR Association for some assistance?

Mr. Brocker evicted him, because he was calling the county, fish and game, the bank, filing false reports, false permits impersonating Mr. Brocker, calling health department and went around telling the neighbors the new owner was going to start having professional races there. He thought if he caused Mr. Brocker enough trouble he would relinquish ownership back to him. And the county can’t evict people lol.

Did Mr. Brocker purchase the property from the previous owner? What went wrong? It sounds more like the previous owner is the one with the vendetta, using the law as his weapon.

Here's a little bit of the rest of the story on the land sale;

Brocker said the hassle of fighting with the county and the courts drove him to sell the property in early 2020 to a motorcycle club called Northwest Riders for God.

His lawyer has a quit-claim deed that shows transfer of title for $10 on July 7, filed with the Auditor’s Office.

But Brocker remains listed as the owner with the county assessor.

So, when neighbors started complaining about noise and earth-moving equipment at the site in April and May, Brocker was summoned to District Court for a probation violation.

Judge David Grant was skeptical of the sale, asking if it was a “sham,” Buckingham said.

“The judge found that Mr. Brocker had already violated probation. He made no ruling on whether the sale was valid,” Buckingham said in an email.

You prove that stupidly runs in the family, but we still don't believe anything you post Danny.
Sounds like he stole the property and the guy he stole it from was pissed, well no shit.
What was Danny Brocker on probation for ?

Classic...

A county council committee member said of Brocker
"I honestly don't think I've ever seen a case where someone so openly disregarded the process and the decisions made along the way,"
Frakes said.

LMAO

Honestly the track looks decently far away from the road. But it also looks like they may do a subdivision across the street some-day. Sucks... But seriously next time try to get petitions and a lawyer involved. Then people will probably try and help you.

SPOILER ALERT!
It appears Northwest Riders for God doesn't actually exist.
Facebook page doesn't exist anymore either

With how well this played here, it’s hard to imagine this going sideways in court. Everybody involved seems so reasonable.

This legit made me laugh out loud. Thank you.

Whoever you are 077, please know that with this post you made the entire plight of Danny Brocker a giant joke to me. It's now apparent that this whole thread was an attempt to QANON the motocross community.

What a bozo.

Settle down, I have a very nice life.
I was just pointing out that the whole “how many people in the world run that number” was bullshit.

You need to relax dude. Notice how at the start you had a lot of support here, and now people are starting to realize why neighbors and the county couldn’t work with you?

Anyway, changing the subject. Got any other properties for sale? I’ll pay double.
Just tell me where to wire the 20 bucks 😆

If you think everyone on here is butt hurt maybe YOU’RE the butt hurt one. If you think the moto community isn’t supportive of you maybe it’s because you’re just an asshole but you can’t see it. WE CAN.

I can understand your frustration. I couldn't imagine making a series of decisions so bad that I turned a simple request to apply for a conditional use permit turn into 8 years of litigation and my eventual incarceration.

Speak for yourself. I absolutely give a fuck as should anyone else with a private track. Especially in the same state as I am. This poster hasn't done a great job of articulating it but this was a pretty serious case of government over reach. We have homeless people camping in the streets and all over public spaces and the government is currently working on laws to make this legal. So jailing someone who pays taxes and is a productive member of society for land use violations seems a bit hypocritical, no?.. Or maybe this forum should just concentrate on what "kit" looks cool and who is goin to win the next big race!..

At this point in my life if they tried same shit with me I'm not sure it would end with me peacefully turning myself in. Fortunately, my next door neighbor is the local police chief and extremely level headed............

I agree to a point, but it seems like the track was fine with the neighbors until this guy got involved.
It seems like the way it was used was changed, more people riding, somewhat commercialized etc.
And you are right. It is important to have the right to do what you want on personal property.
But neighbors also have rights, and this case seems a little more complicated than a dude just trying to ride a little bit on his own property.

Believe me, plenty of tracks have been sgut down in WA state just because some guy wants to ride on his property. What usually happens is the person doesn't try and fight it. this is what happens when you defy big brother.....Yet I get to watch some homeless dirtbag shit on the sidewalk in front of my office because he has a right to do so according to the government....Fuck That Shit...........

Simple request for a permit lol, ask washougal about that same thing back in 2002. Read what happens win you try to get a simple permit. https://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=17489534393846392541&q=was…

Or maybe this forum should just concentrate on what "kit" looks cool and who is goin to win the next big race!..

It seems like the way it was used was changed, more people riding, somewhat commercialized etc.

Believe me, plenty of tracks have been sgut down in WA state just because some guy wants to ride on his property. What usually happens is the person doesn't try and fight it. this is what happens when you defy big brother.....Yet I get to watch some homeless dirtbag shit on the sidewalk in front of my office because he has a right to do so according to the government....Fuck That Shit...........
fair enough and I obviously support people riding on their own land. I am sure everyone here does.
I have done it myself in the past, and as long as you are courteous to neighbors their shouldn't be any problems. my philosophy is, as long as you don't harm anyone else, you should be able to do what you want.
It is amazing what a reasonable attitude can achieve, equally amazing what a "fuck you" attitude ends up getting you

my only point was that this case seems to have a little more to it.

Did you read what the good attitude got washougal? Brocker had a good attitude and complied with everything for over a year, then he read a bunch of their emails.
