Yes. Go to a dealer and get the replacement OEM bearing (it's fairly cheap) and use a roller from that set. 1 roller missing will create free play = not good.
Fuck it. Put it back together. Getting the right parts takes too much time and you don't want to miss practice this weekend. Besides the dealer probably won't have that one anyway.
If you can pull the bearing out you can take it to a bearing supplier and have them match it up. Super cheap and you could get one that day. If you have a euro bike they're nice enough to list the bearing model in the P/N description.

I’m in the same boat. Have checked against other bearings and even resorted to counting needles to be sure. The small gap is misleading to the newbie w needle bearings.

Been through this with my Ktm”s… pain in ass! I actually ordered a bearing for spare needles ….
I took a roller from an old wrist pin bearing for lower shock pivot on a yamaha, worked fine
Look at it this way, the gap is now just a reservoir for more grease...
Fill with grease, not a big deal. I’ve lost so many over the years. Never had an issue.
Grease it up and put it back together. It'll be fine for many hours.
I bet the OP has been sitting around for 2 years waiting on all of your masterful advise.
