Sometimes when the bike is sitting and idling as soon as you crack the throttle it dies. Bike is all stock at 7hrs. Only thing I’ve done so far is remove the cone baffle from the pipe. Any ideas on where to start with solving this issue?

Change the in-line fuel filter.

Can they fail that quickly with the bike only having 7 hours?

You need to adjust the voltage to the TPS and richen the bike up. That will stop all of that right off idle blubbering. I've had to do it to each of my KTM and Husky 450s. Didn't touch the GasGas because it totally barks stock and has ZERO hesitation when cracking the throttle right from an idle.

That's the first thing I check. I've seen plastic fragments in the fuel filter from the factory more than a few times.

What is the process on that? Does it require any special tools?

Have you tried new gas? Possibly from a different station altogether

I’ve got brand new pale of vp t4 so I’m sure fuel isn’t the issue.

TPS set to .58~.61, fuel filter, get a TC250 air filter cage that doesn't have the backfire screen.

Good advice, I would do the fuel filter and set TPS to correct the classic flame out.

Should not happen. Indicator of to little fuel goes through. Could be crack in fuel line or close related inside tank.

Test swap the gas tank with someone and see if it continues.
