He might. I wouldnt be shocked. The guys that win Sportsman A are probably top level B class/mid to lower level A class finishers in the afternoon race. If it stays dry i have no doubt he will do pretty well. If it rains, he will struggle a little more compared to the competition.

I've done a few after doing moto for a long time and local harescrambles for the past 4 or 5 years. I've done the Florida GNCC a couple times and Snowshoe once. That shit is no joke.

If you want to take my facts as hate so be it. I’ve also podiumed GNCC’s, in the afternoon. Sprinkle some more hate on there.

Dudes good on a bike for sure, and has a lot of money also. This won’t be his cup of tea though. Normally around 40 degrees and muddy at Ironman. Nasty roots and Loretta’s ruts x10 in places.

I don't think anyone (with a brain) is saying he's gonna light the world on fire. But he's a bad ass on a dirt bike going to do a race for fun. He will be perfectly fine in the race. Like I said, he won't light the world on fire but he also won't look like a total chode out there. I give him major props for stepping out of his comfort zone to do this race.

I never understood the hate for the guy, He has insane talent and I would love to have a small percentage of his skills up my sleeve. People often forget he was a good amateur racer too, He won a 250C title at Loretta's which isn't necessarily an easy task.

Guy has a crazy amount of bike skills and if his fitness is decent I could see him finishing, not podium but possibly a ok result.

They have a YouTube live broadcast of the pro atv on Saturday and pro bikes Sunday. Racertv or something like that. Plus they have live scoring each lap when riders check in

I dont understand how anyone can talk shit about another rider doing any kind of a race. Hes got mad skills and most likely will do just fine. Wouldnt hurt the sport for some outside hype.
