For the right dollar amount he could be the second rider even maybe ride selected rounds but not gonna happen. What I'm eager to learn is who's going to be GG Top 5/Podium contender in the 450s.

He loved his ktm and he knows how to make a red bike really good looking. Sounds perfect to me.

Surely this would be a win-win GasGas would get a shit ton of interest in the pits Plenty of TV time and Ralph talking about them...

Reed will be back.
But he's taking someone's spot on the gate and should retire.

I’m guessing 90% chance he’s back

Here’s one. Back with Dungey on Red Bikes. Wouldn’t rule it out

I think he likes the KTM. It has been said he can make a half mill with his own sponsors doing his own thing. I see him doing the same thing he did this year, he wants fans there for his last hurah.

It makes no sense. He would struggle to make mains. He had a great career. It’s over.

Why do you assume he would struggle to make mains? I think he made a few this year straight from the Heat races. But I would have to go back and check to make sure.

Let’s address the bigger question here.

When they sell them in the UK will they be called ‘Petrol Petrol’?

I would describe not making it through the heat struggling to qualify. I think there were a few instances he was 4th in the LCQ. With more talent moving up, the chances are greater he doesn't qualify for the first time in his career.

They have sold them in the UK for decades and they were called, you guessed it Gas Gas.

It was a pretty decent Dad joke though.

Reed and Keefe would be fun. Maybe Holigan would bring back Reality of Speed for that marriage.

If you were DeCoster would you spend the money on Reed? Or would you throw crazy money at a top guy and buy out their contract?

He made every main. Reed was recovering from injury in the early part of the season. Too Tennessee a couple of times

The fact it’s even a questions means he’s no longer a viable contender. If he continued racing in 2021 he will miss some mains. Hard to argue that. He’s had a long and great career. But Father Time waits for no one.

I know, but the point is he struggled to qualify for a good chunk of those mains. I'm a Reed fan, but a realist. I'd love for him to come out and do a few races and get top 10, but realistically, probably not going to happen. He is only going to get slower, and everyone else is only getting faster. If he were to race the whole series, it's looking likely he would lose his streak of never missing a main if he had one not so great night.
