We started this section to help keep some of the awesome build threads that you guys have done from getting buried in the other sections.

I've pulled a few in here from Moto-Related and Old School, and one via request from the author. If you have a build thread in another section that you'd like moved here, please let me know at sgiberson@vitalmx.com. Be sure to add a link so I know where to look. Smile

Also, what do you think? Should we hunt up some of the moto van build threads and move them into here, too?

I can see some moto van/trailer builds being at home in here. It doesn't take long after someone gets into moto to either get a enclosed trailer or a van and the questions begin.

New to the forum but I have a couple awesome builds I'm doing. I have a 1990 KX500 that was owned by my dad, who passed away when I was a teenager. He races this bike in the Blackwater 100 sold it in 93 and somehow it made it's way back home. I also have a 96 KTM 620rxc dual sport which was the last bike he owned before he passed away. Both are near to.my heart and can't wait to have them both running. And tips or tricks to help the builds along in all ears... thanks and rip on

Hi there, just after some advice about the steps for a four stroke conversion from an aluminium bike like a WR250F, Honda CRF250 or a Suzuki RMZ and keeping the frame etc but putting in a 250 two stroke engine.
What’s adjustments to the frame will need doing?
Which is the best aluminium bike to attempts this on?

Yes please I agree. There’s a very large community and we all know who the best are. That would be perfect because I still like to look back at some of the best ones

Lots of spamming going on on our build threads lately. I think it’s time for an application to get a vital profile or a membership system of sorts. I love this site and creating build logs and would be more than happy to pay for a vital mx membership that would lock out the spam and other nonsense. Anyone agree/disagree?
