What are you coming off of OP?

On a CRF450 right now and eyeing a 350. Just nervous about the quick hit needed from the insides to clear jumps.

I have a 2016 YZ 250F. I took a spin on a buddies 19 350 and even though it was just a quick ride, I could tell power difference. Figured I might as well get me one. I didnt even take it home, stopped on the way back to Vegas at Fineline to drop it off and get the suspension set up for me.

If you put the nose of the bike in the front corner and run one tie down from the front and one from the opposite rear you can put the tailgate up and lock it. Congrats the 350s are the best!

Yeah, I dont mind leaving the tailgate down. I make sure everything is secured when I have other stuff in the back.

Do KTM riders have their own hand signal they give to each other?

No hand signals, just a nod. And we always ensure we are polite to the less fortunate (jap bike owners)

Don't be, they respond well to a bit of clutch work. You can also gear them down quite a bit. The RPM range is so broad that it allows you to play with gearing.

My friends who have/had the newer gen 350's went up a few teeth on the rear sprocket and it worked well. A few even went down a tooth on the countershaft.

That is very kind of you. I'll be sure to be polite when you post up your less fortunate catastrophic failure.

I will ensure I go out of my way to let you know if that happens, I currently have an 85, 350, 450 and 1290 and have had 3 prior and 0 minor failures so far.
