Those VR bikes need hydraulic positioners so they mimic the correct bike/body positioning. You could tell that guy had some idea how to ride but his form was way off - likely the result of gravity on a bike with a spring under it.

I "rode" one of those VR bikes at San DIego 2019 SX.... that spring the bike is mounted on is rediculous for any kind of realism. It was a cool experience though.

I think a spring under each tire would be better, but even better would be the hydraulics like Falcon mentioned above that are in sync with what’s showing on the VR headset. That way the hydraulics mimic the different angles of the dirt, like the front hydraulic raising the front of the bike when going up the face of a jump. Similar to a mechanical bull, but synced with VR. Might want to invest in a VR helmet and some foam mats because I’d imagine a lot of people getting bucked off in the whoops. Laughing
