Nothing is better then having a roomy area to work on a bike. Looks great.

nice setup!

PS make sure you lock your bike up at night. Bike thieves are on a whole other level these days.

Hosestly I insure it and have cameras all over my place as well as alarm. If you look closely on the work bench you will see one of the inside cameras.

Basically with all the footage the cops would get and the insurance I’m not locking anything other then the garage doors haha

Looks nice!! But you need more lights than the one ceiling mount. That space is begging for wall mounted flourecents/LEDs....

No gun safe, reloading press or ammo cans.

As far as thievery, I live in a pretty good area on a cul-de-sac so people that don't belong get called out quick and we all keep an eye out for each other. We haven't had a burglary in the neighborhood in almost 20 years.

Looks great! Well done.

That looks nice.

Only thing I'd add and you probably will before too long, is more shelf space. Extra parts, parts being worked on, etc.

I do need some exta shelf space for additional stuff. Its really only a moto shop and all the moto stuff has its own spot. If I start to bring other stuff in there I might make a shelf all the way around the top of the garage to slide stuff on there.

Only change I'd make is a stainless steel work bench top, add a tool caddy roller.
I do suspension work so I would need a dump sink and vise setup.

Add a hydraulic lift , so there is less stooping over and less time on your knees. Very good job BTW. Clean and bright.

What kind of ghetto do you live in where you lock your bike up IN your garage? Or are you just a belt and suspenders guy?
I live in the nicest part of my town. $500k+ places. People have lots of toys - hot rods, boats, sports cars, bikes. We've had multiple vehicle break-ins in the last 6 months. People cruise through on occasion looking in open garages to see who's got what toys. I'm way back on a cul-de-sac so I don't get cased like that, but I don't trust the roofers working on my neighbors house, the paint crew down the street, or the garbage man. They all look shady to me and I know some of them have seen me washing bikes outside on a Sunday afternoon.

I've got 4 bikes, lots of tools and a full gun safe in there. That $hit is covered, locked up, cameras and motion detectors, and 2 big dogs. Plus not everything is in the gun safe. They should consider trying someone else's house.

JFC that looks like heaven to me. As a designer with OCD I strive for a clean look like that! So jealous.

All my dreams of a clean spot where everything has a place all changed after marriage and two kiddos. Time to organize has become a scarce commodity. Enjoy your kickass spot.

Solid man 👊🏼

x2 on keeping the door shut tho. Nothing makes your heart sink like driving around the corner and seeing an empty bike stand. I still get pissed sometimes

How's good does that heater work? My shop is going to be smaller than yours. I looked at that heater at lowes today it's very well priced.

Building mine now. Looking for someone to airbrush a huge wall for me. I’m looking for some great photos of McGrath, Reed, RC.
