Jett seems like a cool kid, even with a big ole booger in his nose.

Hilarious watching them try to interview and present Lawrence on the podium, he doesn't follow the standard boring script and thank fuck for that!

Amazing a kid who rides mostly MX has such good SX skills... You know how US based riders mainly ride SX and can't ride MX anymore. Well that's what Blair and a few others carry on about.
How y’all do in rugby yesterday?

I think after what we just watched FC Honda will have no choice but to line up Jett Lawrence in SX in 2020. If he's got the whoops figured out, the kid is ready to go.

No. From the Supercross Futures to be Livestreamed article.

"The top ten finishers in the 250 Futures class will automatically receive their Supercross license allowing these competitors to potentially line up in Anaheim on January 4 when the 2020 season opens."

That may have been the most Australian thing I've ever seen. Love it!

I guess he probably needs to ride a couple of Futures according to the rules, but didn't he just get a national title?? Kind of shows how ridiculous the SX Futures rules are....

EDIT: Just read Mav's post, thanks for clearing that up. Jett cleared for take-off 2020!

Well now I don't know if you're takin the piss out of me haha

If not, broken bones heal cleaner, dislocations involve stretched or torn ligaments and not only need rest but then lots of rehab to get back tight
Edit: Tends to be more trauma in the joint
Jem speaks 100% truth on this. I just did major damage to my right hand in July , and am looking at 6 - 8 months of healing. I wish it was as simple as a broken bone.

Especially a hip, one of the most painful injuries you can have, i remember RJ back in the day doing the same thing and the pic on MXA of him laying on the side of the track in full on agony.
Oh man I can't even imagine! Well I kinda can haha my dislocated shoulders had a weird deep numb ACHE and just felt really alien and like it was locked and any movement would bring a really sharp pain haha.. So I'd say times that by 5 or 10 with a hip..
I really feel bad for him, but mostly cause I assume it takes Sarah out of the equation for a while as well haha

We're up against Japan today. Yesterday two thumpings were handed out. If SA and Wales go through, it's gonna be the four strongest teams in the finals.

I am not a doctor but I live with one. One of the big issues with a hip dislocation is the damage that happens when the hip is put back in. It requires a lot of force and often damages the labrum. Such shitty luck for Dean.

Just realized I've got a nice 1 hour gap to have a snack and then watch the MotoGP class from Motegi. Solid Saturday night here! (my wife just went to bed in disgust).

MC seemed alright after if I’m not mistaken. Hopefully Dean will be too!

They 3D print houses nowadays, too, and already working on 3D printed food. The mind boggles at the possibilities.
