Watching Prado being the ONLY guy to hit the leap at the MXoN at Red bud last year in the mud on a 250F was insane. Her longs didn’t even hit that shit.

Raw speed Herlings for sure. Prado will have a way longer career, with hopefully less injuries..

I wouldn't be surprised if Prado gets his rookie world title next season. I don't think he will have the raw speed from herlings/cairoli/gajser from the beginning on, but with his starts its just a matter of time for him and he will gain on other mistakes.
And Herlings.. I mean it's so fun to watch this guy ride and demolish everyone else, but kinda lame to only see him every second season.

Wish prado good luck for his first year. Sa him one time under pressure and making mistakes. Those guys will put him under pressure and they all know that they have to step up there game again to compete each other with there speed on the track.

They all staying healthy it's going to be a good season next year.

Almost
Was 16 and stuck in 3rd gear. That would be like Max Vohland running Tomac ragged.

This is the one race out of three where RV got a bad start and came through the field in mud all the way to Herlings. Catching Herlings like he was sitting stillm Why did you not post the qualifying race and moto 3 where RV blew Herlings' doors off. Herlings was nowhere close to RV in speed. In fact, nobody there was. Post the other two races that day where Herlings and RV were both in it along with the gap between the two at the finish.

You're conveniently talking about one moto out or 3. RV came through the pack and passed a ton of riders to catch Herlings. In the other moto and in the qualifying moto, RV blew Herlings' doors off. I wouldn't be surprised if it was by a full minute or more. Look it up. It was not even close. I know Herlings was young and I'm not knocking him, but at the event you're referencing, Herlings was not even close to RV in speed. Nobody was.

I'm not being a drama queen. Just clarifying reality. Even "almost" is innacurate.

He also compared someone riding a super mini to one of the best riders ever riding a 350.

I agree. Absurd comparison. Talk about intentionally showing no respect for American riders RV and Tomac, and giving them no credit. Ridiculous.

Herlings was awesome to watch in MX2 because he was just abusing the bike and track and

Prado on the other hand is just the opposite. Compared to the other MX2 riders he is just very gentle on the engine, it almost sounds like he is cruising and doesnt even look that fast. While he obviously is extremely fast

And how many would Herlings have had if Roczen had stayed or AC with Townly there or Everts if JMB stayed. Would Stanton have won if RJ didn’t get hurt? What if RC would not have quit and Stew never decided to get to big for the sport? What would the Ryans have done? What if Hannah never gets hurt in 79 or 83. I could go on... That weak argument can literally be used against any racer from both sides of pond for 50 years.
