It’s 95 degrees here in Florida I always shake the tank before I ride I only noticed the separation after the bike sits on the stand for a couple hours and I look at the bowl of the carb I can see the oil in the bottom below the fuel { lectron carb} I was wondering if it was because of the specific gravity being below .730? Going to switch to c12 50/50 with 93 pump and see if that fixes it
Ditch the 927 for a synthetic or semi synthetic oil. It is not a clean burner oil. I ran it for a while and the switch to Lucas. A lot less carbon. The 927 also carbon seized the ring to a piston on a few chainsaws. Not anymore since I switched oils. I miss the smell of the 927

Need to twist that thing on the right side of the handlebars a little more.
Has anyone had trouble with vp 110 and castor 927 separating mixture 32:1
Most castor oils wont mix well with fuels of low specific gravity - but there is more to it than that
Your solution is to add about .5 gallon of pump gas or about half a quart of acetone to your 5 gallons of race gas - it will mix and stay mixed that way in cold temps, hot etc.

Actually, most chainsaws run around 14-15K in RPM, but over time, carbon still builds up. And 927 isn't even a full Castor like the old Maxima Degummed racing castor(hasn't been around since the late 80s), or Klotz Green Label Benol.
927 is about 50% castor according to their SDS.
If you want good smell, run Klotz R50 or other Techniplate. I run Klotz Super Techniplate in a lot of stuff when I really want it to smell good.
It is 20% castor.
