Yeah what if...…
If the only people above you in SX wins are guys with 2 or more titles and you don't have any then what if is a very fair question. Bradshaw is the next in line for most wins without a title and he has almost 10 wins less.
My post is specifically about this years motocross and not SX but past trends show something very well could go south.
I'll admit, I like the theory. Not a huge fan of Webb, but by the end of the SX season, I was rooting for him to finish it off. He rode the best, he deserved it.
To see Osbourne do something similar outdoors would be enjoyable as well. He has 1 overall finish better than Eli. He is going to need to make that a regular occurrence. Maybe he has it all figured out and that streak starts today.
As with any sport, it is always good to peak at the right time.
I'd think the odds of Eli/Osbourne finishing 1-2 are pretty good. Just who gets which spot?
No hate for Roczen, but it sure looks like whatever is killing his stamina isn't fixed. Not sure if he'll even get another top 5, and not for a lack of talent.
Moose Can may well go down as one of the best riders to never when a 450 title. He does seem to lack whatever it is that allows a rider to rise to the occasion and clinch a 450 title in the US. Always seems to be somebody with more of the 'rise to the occasion' in them. No hate for him ether, based on his wife alone, if nothing else.
I think Eli learned a lot from Dungey on consistency. I mean his worst finish is a 3rd? Podium the competition to death, is exactly what Dungey did. Eli lived it, lost championships because of it. Now he knows, if something isn't working in a Moto, take that 7th, win the 2nd Moto and finish on the podium.
Hope Osbourne takes over, but if I had to place a bet, it'd be on Eli.
My plan seems to be working, I'm a closet Eli fan and I was trying to jinx the 16 bike. Hahahahaha

The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna team has informed us that Zach Osborne suffered a practice crash while riding on Thursday, and injured the SC joint in his shoulder (this is the connection between the collarbone and the chest). The team says the injury isn't too serious and should not require surgery, however when Zach tried riding today in practice he didn't have the strength to hold on. After trying and struggling in today's first practice, Zach and the team decided it wasn't safe to attempt to race today.
The hopes are that with the break in the schedule next weekend, Zach might be able to come back and race the next event at Spring Creek in Millville, Minnesota.

but Eli tomac is right after him no doubt :D
I went out on a limb and it broke.
Pit Row
I think Adam hangs on.
Here's a bold prediction. Eli will end up #6 on the all time Supercross win list and never win a Supercross title. (Yes I'm aware he has a regional title)
As far as my prediction, how difficult is it to just say the guy with the points lead is going to keep rolling? I made sure I posted before the race because I saw a trend and I wanted to be first to call it. When you make a bold prediction sometimes you come off looking really smart, others someone gets hurt before the next race is even run and makes you look like a dope.
Some friendly advice...
Funny, my post (where I was admittedly wrong) was so ridiculous but no one mentioned that even in the broadcast Weege said he was a darkhorse title candidate.
