He's still involved with the team as far as I know. Last year he deleted his social media too. Probably just to focus on his work

He is very much involved with f&h. He also trains Pootjes, and Davy specifically mentioned de reuver after his podium this weekend. In addition he is sort of a co-host of a dutch onlinemx podcast. And he is still himself, so no political bs stories, he is very candid

He just dissapears from social media now and then. Jacobi posted that De Reuver has a new girlfriend so that might be the reason, to avoid all the social media bullshit for a while. he'll be back.

Everything I have ever read , heard or seen of Marc is , he " Tell's it like it is." He seems like he would be one cool freakin' dude to meet.

He is. Some people don't take him seriously because he can talk much, but actually he really is a good riders' coach and he knows everything about the MX Scene. Made some big mistakes in his GP career, but he turned it around as positive lessons to teach his riders every day.

Years ago , around 2008 i think.
I was in a bar in Holland with my friends , and a few moments later i saw De Reuver in the same bar with his friends.
So i walked to him and i started talking. It was really cool , we we're talking and laughing for about 20 minutes about mx and normal life stuff. Just a cool conversation. He gave me a beer.
I wished him luck with with his new team (factory Honda) and the upcoming MXGP season.

Really down to earth guy and the same guy in normal life like he is on tv.

Awesome podcast. Marc is such a honest guy.. sometimes a little too honest haha. But yeah he speaks with his heart and I think he really does a good job with the F&H guys. Keeps it fun but also knows when to work hard. Also great questions by Matthes for sure

Marc is always entertaining. I wish the interview was longer, it felt pretty rushed.

Marc is an almost weekly guest at the facebook talkshow `MX inside´.
He actually said this week that the reason he deleted social media was because he was addicted to it.
He said his iphone gave a warning message about too much screen time?
Completely honest and did not have any other excuse than that ??
That talk show actually has great topics sometimes in which Marc also gives his opinion, which is always straigth to the point!

Good podcast and a good guy. But i dont what it is or its just me, he always sounds butthurt when they ask him about Herlings. He always comes up with someone who is better or a other story. (Like here again)

Good job Matthes, You should call him a few times more a year for a mxgp inside podcast or something.

The song at the end of PulpMX, I believe is performed by the band that Blake Wharton was/is part of.

Haha yeah I noticed that as well. Shame matthes didn't ask him about Coldenhoff, seems like they are close friends. Or at least closer than him and Herlings

Yeah Marc was the big guy in The Netherlands untill Jeffrey Herlings came around and did everything right that Marc didn't.... All of a sudden all the attention went to the little kid while Marc's career went down the drain pretty fast from there. That's when Marc started to act butthurt whenever people talked about Herlings. He never like the kid.

But when the Dutch federation fired the teammanager and asked De Reuver to go to the MXON as teammanager for the Dutch it was Herlings who stood up and blocked that. You can understand the Dutch Federation does whatever Herlings asks so it was cancelled.
Since then Marc really hates Herlings, more than he ever did. Whenever somebody says Herlings you can see his face change, LOL

Think it doesnt help that Marc could use a job like teammanager. He certainly seems to have found a new career as a coach, but i would guess he also needs coaching jobs to pay the bills.
