Im just curious, i go through spurts where i will read vital Every day 6 times a day or more and other times where its been once a month. For the past 6 months ive been on here every day.

How often do you read vital

I'm on pretty much all day long. Keep a screen up on the work computer haha

Yeah me Too but on Phone.
Ive Been considering taking some social media
Apps off of My phone though.
I dont want to get rid of them totally
(Facebook,Instagram,Twitter) but just remove it from my phone and access it only on computer.
Just to see whats it like not having those in my pocket all day Smile

And i thought it sounded like a good idea for people that dont want to delete their accounts but realize they are using it to much.

Surprisingly I only check Vital a couple times a day now, and sometimes I don't even come on here. A lot different than a decade ago Whistling
