Hi, everybody. I'm new to your website. live in Russia. Here is has acquired itself an old Honda CR125R 1987 year. I will restore. I apologize in advance for the wrong text in some places. I use online translator, knowledge of English is below average.

Nice solid '87 you have there! From the looks of the pipe, wear on the clutch cover, and bike overall...it seems to be very low hour, and original. Any insight on its history? Are you going to ride/race it? There is a lot of accumulated knowledge on these Flash Red Honda's from this gang....so you are in good hands (somewhat). Welcome!

He was 9000km away from me. In the city of Ussuriysk. He got there from Japan in 2012. Exploited really little. From aftermarket it only faces on the handlebars and protection on the bridge at the helm. I won't participate in competitions, I will restore and I will leave it for myself.

Today ordered the missing plate on the frame. made on the model. If the dimensions are different from the factory, make a correction, I do not have the opportunity to measure it.

I live in Sweden, so i know about high shipping cost..
When looking on ebay, Always ask seller for shipping! If they dont want to send to Russia, maby they can send to Latvia or other baltic country(if you know anyone there) i belive it is much easyer to send from baltic to Russia.

Today Keihin PWK 33, a Chinese copy, came, I will make a donor of gaskets for my Keihin PJ34 from it. I will also make fixtures for adjusting the fuel level in the float chamber from its plug. Began partial disassembly and washing the motorcycle. Native carburetor was in excellent condition.

I get the ordered parts. Anthers came forks. The right engine cover came from aluminum, ordered it for future use.

I just had the opportunity to ride such a 1987 CR 125 this weekend. It had a Mugen kit and was also plenty fast:

Brian, the original is aluminium and is riveted, so you can do like that or get a sticker

The plate on my photo of aluminum. Old rivets retained and put on the frame with the help of them, after having applied the adhesive base on the plate.
