Battery voltage is good, even swapped batteries.
Checked stator resistance, it is good. Checked voltage from stator with multimeter, it would show ~19v AC. But I know meters are really too slow to get an accurate reading.
Checked the pickup coil resistance. ~100 ohms
Checked voltage regulator on diode check. It checks ok.
Unplugged kill switch, no change.
Checked ignition coil per the manual, it checked good.
Still no spark, no power to fuel pump. I have checked the wiring front to back. Everything looks ok. Fuse is good. I called the dealer today it came from, they just said bring it in and we will diagnose it for $69/hour. That is not the option I want to take. What am I missing? Besides the KTM scan tool.

Is there a tip over sensor on this bike? That would kill the power to the fuel pump like the issue I have.
Unplug and check for continuity would be my guess...
Pit Row
Kill switch Okay
Ignition switch Okay
Inspected all grounds clean and dielectric all connections Okay
Swapped relays under seat No change
On relay for fuel pump white black wire has battery voltage when ignition off and goes ground when ignition on. I jump 12v to this wire and pump turns on and get spark back but wire im jumping with heats up hot like a dead short.
Please help.
earlier i swapped out the shity tiny 4s2P samsung lithium pack and put in a new lithium https://youtu.be/zHhoKFpIVBI

Okay, so I have a 2018 KTM 500 EXC-F with 15.5hrs with no fuel prime or spark. I went out to go for a ride the other day and it fired up as normal quick and fast. I let the bike warm up before I left for a ride and I would say less than 10 minutes into the ride the bike stalled once coming to a stop. I cranked it over and it fired right up again so I took off and a minute later DEAD. I walked the bike back home and noticed I didn't hear the fuel pump wasn't priming. I don't have a wiring diagram to chase wire but do have one on order from ebay.
Things I've checked so far.
1. Checked fuse and all where okay.
2. Swap relays under battery for fuel pump.
3. Checked all wiring connections behind headlight back toward battery. Okay
4. Cleaned up all the grounds that I seen and put dielectric grease.
5. Checked for voltage at harness to fuel pump and got 12v
6. When I plug harness into pump I loose voltage...
7. I ran 12v straight to fuel pump and it turns on.
8. Checked fuel line disconnect at bottom of tank. Okay
9. I noticed when I turn the ignition off the fuel pump relay clicks 3 times
10. Inspected harness up and down form broken wires.
11. Inspected roll over sensor.
12. Checked kill switch with voltage meter continuity working Okay.
13. On fuel pump relay theres 2x white/red 1 yellow/red 1 white/black. White/black has 12v with ignition off and goes to ground with ignition on.
I'm at a total loss with the bike and don't no where to go from here. My buddy is coming over later to try and swap some parts.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
FYI to anyone having this problem it turns out my ECU is garbage. I just dropped bike off from dealer which I bought it brand new. They are contacting KTM and it should all be covered by warranty considering it only has 15.5 hrs. The dealer I dropped bike off said they just had another KTM come in for same exact problem and could possibly be a bad batch of ECU...
