So I just moved into a new apartment and it’s on the 3rd floor so as you would guess it’s a struggle to get a 450 up 3 flights of stairs. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get it up easier. Trying to avoid storage units if possible

Being that you're on the 3rd floor, you're either going to have to huck it up there, swap for a 1st floor or nut up and snag a garage or storage. Also, don't let the management office catch wind of you storing your bike inside. Fire Marshall won't take too kindly either.

I'd go up 2 teeth on the rear and be smooth on the clutch.

Gotta get a storage unit man. I used to rent a condo in the DC area, 8th floor, but luckily it had a freight elevator on the far side. I would get some strange eyes going back and forth, but did it for about 2 years! It stayed on the balcony under cover over looking the beltway! lol!

Not sure what your landlord or codes will allow but a $60 1500lb 110V electric hoist with about 60 ft of wire cable will get the bike up to 3 stories. UNSURE of all building designs/codes/llowances. You need to evaluate ALL.

Storage unit is your best bet. Next time look for dirtbike amenities like a garage. Not sure why youd choose an apartment 3 floors up with no garage and still expect to keep a bike.

Easy.

Just need to build a ramp or two.

Neighbours will love it.

Take the money for a storage unit and the money you pay for rent and just move.
