FMF looks good! And looks like the shorter header.

Is the muffler rubber mounted? Or did it come with that little S bracket?

I rode my bike for 1.5 hours running time Saturday ran like a champ. I changed the oil at an hour and then rode it harder so I got a decent feel for it. The track was super gnarly had to stand up everywhere but for the most part the bike rips now. From bottom to mid is zero drop off just pulls hard. I had a question on aftermarket axle blocks though. I bought PC ones and if you put them the way they should go the chain links only line up with the axle almost to the back. So after 2 rides I had to take them off and shorten the chain because I ran out of adjustment. So I guess I can reverse them but it looks pretty ugly? The chain is about toast so the length isn't accurate of a fresh chain in the pictures.

I run a 116 link chain. This lengthens the wheel base, but I really like the feel.

I'm not sure how many links I use I just cut the chain so it's as far forward as possible. With the PC blocks it ends up all the way back and I'm out of adjustment after two rides so pretty useless lol.

I still don't get it lol. Do you get a new chain every two rides? I'm in Florida my chain and sprockets last 8-10 hours it's frustrating. After every ride day it's out of adjustment.

I'm probably switching to dirt tricks since they have a warranty I'll probably collect on that. Also considering an o ring or x ring chain since every race chain I use wears constantly.

the stock chain is 114 links and a 50 tooth rear sprocket. Buy a new "good" chain, 116 links. This will move the rear axle almost all the way back.

Does anyone know if any subframes have broke with rubber mounted PC or FMF exhaust? Or do all of the fmf's have bracket mounts? I'm picking up my 19 in the next couple of weeks

I flip mine until the chain is stretched where I need it. No big deal.

I have not but, I would get it welded anyway. Not worth the risk of damaging a new pipe for a 40$ weld job. I have had good luck with my rubber mounted PC pipe but welded it anyway.

is your FMF exhaust rubber mounted? did they send that new L-shape brace with the pipe?

You run the wheel as far forward as you can? Is tn't this bike more stable, as most are, with the rear wheel run further back, or is there something different about the 19?

Sorry on the late response. Haven’t been checking the thread lately. After the remap, my bike ran perfect. Started much easier which was my main reason for the remap as well as adding an exhaust. Can’t remember exactly how long it was, but it was fairly quick. I’d remember if it wasn’t. Laughing

I've always ran it forward to make the chain last as long as possible. Yeah Kawi is stable so why not let it turn a little better? I noticed it right away after going back to the stock axle blocks followed ruts better.

I run the primary drive race chain. It’s not bad. Definitely going with the dirt star sprocket next too.

I use renthal twin ring and front currently. The rear has life left and the front is toast so idk if it's worth getting a twin ring. I'm.using DID ERT3 chain so not a cheap one still wears fast.

DID 520 MX chain lasts way longer. DID has a chart with the tensile strength numbers for their chains. After you get a lot of use out of it, what usually ends it’s life is a roller will go missing.

The mechanic said it's there to reduce sound, but its definitely in a weird location... I'm sure they would never admit to performance gains.

Tomac says he's close to uncorking it tho, still searching for the feel he wants... He's definitely approaching this season with patience I think he'll go on a run soon
