I think this is great news, Florida needs an Outdoor National, and WW Motocross Park is a great track and facility. Plus my cousin "Junior" and his family own WW Motocross Park. Should get fans from all over. I know I will be there!!!

Unfortunate for the Muddy Creek fans. There was a lot of excitement leading up to them finally being awarded a national. Shame they weren't able to sustain the event.

If Hemond’s MX wasn’t in Maine, it would be a great national track. Lots of elevation and potential for national level obstacles but it’s currently pretty tame for amateurs. WW ranch is a cool track but it’s on flat land. Can’t imagine the viewing is that great once all the banners and people are on the fence line.

I agree MM doesn't have the facilities to support a bike National, it would cost big money to get it there.

IMO quad nationals are like bigger local races; in my comment I referenced things they did but I was referring to the obstacles they added to the pro section.

Atv nationals aren't even what they were at one time.

A lot of events in the recent series have not even had full gates for the pro class, and that is 20 entries for the atvs.

It is ashamed because they had some great battles back when gust, byrd, johnson and Natalie were all in their prime and it was amazing how fast they could ride and what they could jump.

It's because sport quads are a dying breed. My brother owns a Kaw/Suz/Polaris dealership. None of them make one.
I think Yamaha is the only one left making a sport quad.

There just isn't any demand for them anymore. They're not far from being extinct.
I see less and less quads racing mx every year.

Bummer, just when I thought TN. was getting ramped up by adding Supercross, they pull the plug on motocross. Damn.
