for having to skip the Lackey event at Sandhill today, but they smiled instead. Scored a new, never worn set of Fox pants on Craigs today, circa 1980. The only thing harder than finding a set like this is for me to ever see the size these are, size 34, again.

What do you think the over under on these is for Ebay?

It gets interesting-er. Here's a link to an Ebay auction from a guy local to me, same name as the guy I bought these from. The description is almost exactly the same as the Craigslist ad, which went up about a half hour before this Ebay ad. The Craigs ad is down, but I think the pics are the same.

Ebay Link

Now, I have the set in the picture above; picked them up at noon. So I can think of a bunch of scenarios here, maybe he got ahead of himself, or maybe he had extra sets he didn't tell me about (I would have bought them all) but the short of this is that I guess I get to see a hard test of the over/under for a little while, lol.

But I have the new matching jerseys. Smile I could use them for my Fox bike display. I'd probably trade some paint work on an Elsinore tank for them............Wink

Hmmmm . . . speaking of horsetrading, anyone got a line on Fox FIM side panels for the 78-80 Cr250? I think they are pretty much like the DG ones, but with the Fox emblem vacuum embossed.

Killer find Michael. Do you remember the even olderstuff? like these nylon pants that the "Moto-X-Fox" would wear off after a couple washes and we would trace it back on with a sharpie.

I have a half dozen someone else had made up a few years ago. Vented mesh, correct colors, perfect. It was a one time deal so I jumped on it. Figured that would be a lifetime supply for me! Every time a pic of C2C's stuff pops up everybody jumps on the "he needs to be sued" bandwagon like he's doing something wrong. As if two Fox replica jerseys a year coming out of his garage is really infringing on someone elses bank account. LOL

I loved the RM 50's so much. Was the 1st year 77 or 78? i cant recall, But going from our 3 speed Honda MR50's to the 1st year RM50's w/ a 6 speed tranny was pure heaven.

Good times!

I wish i had use for that head,

Man, Scott, I would love to come across a set of the originals. Yeah, even the team's gear faded out.

Hmmmm, Joe, any XL's.

I have one of C2C's Bailey jerseys and it's pretty well done; the Fox ones didn't seem as true to form, though.

Christophe, the pic has to be hosted elsewhere on the internet. Find it, right click, copy the properties. Then from the reply box here, select "photo" above the reply box. Right click and paste in the box that pops up.

Joe, I think you need a #12 Steve Wise Team Fox RM370 to go with your CR125.

Just sayin' . . .

The only thing I know I'll be doing with the pants at this point is not wearing them. When I get my head around swapping them out or selling them, the Vital old school family will get a heads up.
