The wristpin I received is too long to fit in the piston. I ordered the one listed on their site (S343).
S343 is 2.362. The old pin is closer to 2.282.
Very disappointing are waiting so long for it to arrive. I contacted Wiseco but I don’t know how long it’ll be before I get a response.
That is putting it politely! I might have to take a break from this project. The issues are starting to add up.

It's a huge relief to have the motor finally all together.

Tank, seat cover shock spring are the major parts left. Of coarse, there are a lot of details to work out!
I need to wait for a warm day so I can leave the seat cover in the sun before stretching and stapling.

Keep collecting the parts you need and try to find a parts bike. That would have helped me but not many come up for sale in my area.

I reused the seat foam that came with the bike. I took a chance and the new seat cover fit the old foam.
The shifter is OEM Suzuki from a 1983 RM250. '83 is folding aluminum.....'82 is steel. My shifter had bad splines so I figured why not go with the upgrade.
The pipe has some dents. I keep telling myself I can live with them.......we’ll see. I always have my eye out for parts.
The fork leg has a 1980’s White Brothers decal. I can’t bring myself to peel it off. That spot will make the rest of the fork look terrible.
