Thank you for your message. I'm sorry for the issue that you had while watching the race. However, we haven’t detected a streaming issue with the service and therefore we are unable to replicate the problem. Our support team monitored the event and the stream ran smooth from the start.

Glad to know I didn't spend $170 for something that doesn't work properly.

What's with all the issues? No excuses for that if you ask me. It's not like stadium is out in the middle of nowhere and even then the MX races rarely have stream issues.

So are they calling us all liars? All they had to do was connect outside their network and try to stream the event. I have 3 friends that all had the same exact issues. One paid the fee to watch all the races and has emailed asking for a refund as well.

Same issue here. Was hard to watch, so choppy, and I have fast internet (by Aus standards anyway).

I thought it might improve once it became available for on demand viewing, but no, still looks the same. Sad

Long time lurker, first time poster on Vital. I emailed their support early in the evening and got the same reply telling me to check my end. Another friend of mine was texting saying he was having problems and then I checked here and saw a couple of other complaints. I exchanged a few emails with Nathalie from Cleeng support, and told her the problems were not isolated or user specific. I think the best hope we have is for everyone who’s paid up to contact them and complain.

I also wonder if it was venue specific. The practice stream was also choppy today and eventually died. At its peak today it was 13K viewers, last week was over 25K at one point. Both the practice and live stream from A1 were solid. Today not so much. Cleeng/FOX/Feld need to sort this out.

The NBC Sports Gold for outdoors was less than half the cost and flawless.

Even replay was choppy. If you record their video you will see just picture twitching. Other problem was camera 300m away from track that makes quality even worse and seems camera guys are drunk.
Did sent email to them but I'm not waiting anything happening from them.
If FELD is buying this thing from clean could anyone give their e-mail that we can let them know service is not working?

i don't know why Feld use cleng for their streams.. every event i've streamed from them has been horrible, thankfully you can refund if you used paypal to buy it..
when i saw cleng were doing this season i didn't even bother signing up.. i found a good HD stream of fs1.. sucks when a pirated stream has better quality than the licenced one..
So true, so damn true. When you wanna pay and support the promoters, who have already deep pockets, but just you wanna do it out respect for the sport and yourself. But then again wish you didn't after just two rounds.

I got the exact same response. I replied back giving more information and asking more questions, like "did somebody at Cleeng actually look at the video?"

Archives from last week still stream perfectly. Video from this week sucks balls, even in the Archive section.

All we can do is keep on them and if it does not improve then ask for a refund. I'm still hopeful, A1 seemed to work pretty well so maybe there was a technical issue at Houston. For the last 2 years we have not had any TV coverage in Western Canada since both major providers dumped FOX when the changeover happened from Speed to Fox in Canada. So, the live stream option is still the best choice for me, even though it is way overpriced. But yeah, it has to work.

Is anyone on here using YouTube TV from out of the USA with a VPN? How did you manage the payment issue? If Cleeng can't get it together I'll be asking for full refund and I'll try to get YouTube TV going.

I miss the old days of just setting my PVR, sitting down about 1 hour after the race started and then doing a catch-up watching to the main events.

All those people with the same problem but they didn't detected a problem... So we're all lairs here on VitalMX? Maybe they should come and check out all those angry people. Feld and CleenG are not looking good...

Sent this to Cleengs this morning.

Archive is poor quality as well. Compare the archive to this Dailymotion link and you will see the difference. Obviously FS1 feed was fine, what happened to the stream?

This issue needs to be addressed and a full refund for this round is in order.

My fiber internet cost me 90 bucks a month. I download at 50 meg a second yet his so called streaming service plays at 10 frames a second at best. I never noticed it last week either. These pricks will never see another penny from my pocket.

I’ve been having the same issues and have been trying to get a refund since A1 with no joy.

They even had the nerve to ask me what I thought of Cleeng Customer Success Team. ? it was not a nice reply.

It was £40 to watch all 48 motos of the Nationals and I can’t remember any issues.. To pay £120 for this crock of shit, yeah I’m not impressed.

Yup, I think your onto something there. Thanks for the new follow though bud!

I didn't pay for the streaming package but the issues they are having are inexcusable for the price they charge IMO. They've had more issues in 2 rounds of SX than NBC had in 48 motos all summer, not to mention the practice streams that were flawless.

It's a shame !!! Live streaming is crap and also replays ...i should have saved my money for mxgp or Slicknick610. He said today that he Will not longer post the races because of a possible law suit from feld at least him used to make a grate job ! I'm ok for suporting the sport and pay to watch races but not when the service is a complete joke... And don't count on customers suport we all have received the same message !

I emailed feld and they said "we aren't responsible for the stream" and "we produce LIVE entertainment".

So Cleeng says they're not responsible for the stream quality and Feld says that they only produce LIVE entertainment?

WTF, do they even know what a live stream is supposed to do? Except charging people money for it Huh

mscustomerrelations@feldinc.com replied to my email claiming Cleeng is responsible. Told them to stop finger pointing, address the issue and give us refunds for that round.
