The HRC squad swaps out the stock plastic radiator split for this welded aluminum version.

Thats 100% Ti from the heat affected zone coloration.

I just wanted to complain about something hahahaha.

BTW...Pit Bits are BY FAR the best photo gallery to look at after any racing weekend (SX or MX).

His deal with Kawasaki ended on December 31st and they didn't renew/agree to terms with him. Yamaha didn't have a rider as a Brand Ambassador/Marketing Partner...his relationship with Monster fits in well there and the last bike he raced before a Kawasaki was Yamaha (back on 85s). He plans to be more active in the moto community again so it worked out.

Silicone to keep the clip in place and not falling off causing a DNF or worse.

I think they are logging the air pressure in each fork, which should directly correlate to the position of the fork throughout the stroke. I think companies use a similar data logging style in the MTB industry. Beats having to run a linear potentiometer down to the fork leg.

They're only logging one fork, but that's all the data they need. But your'e correct, they use the changing pressure to calculate the position of the fork as the volume decreases. I believe that junction box is where they're setting the pressure as the sensor looked to be plugged into the normal filling location.
