SMV......I may be interested in picking that up from you. You mentioned 24mm , were there other sizes? I wonder what was on my 08' CRF450? I remember playing around with that a bit and could really tell a difference on that bike when I stiffened it up. The way you and Swatdoc have yours set up , I'm really liking the idea of this. Those air clamps are trick as heck too , and going to do my best to track down someone with a set around here. Like to figure out exactly how they work. Send me a PM and let me know what you may want for that stabilizer , definitely interested.

Yes pre 2011 they were 20mm, so your 2008 CRF 450 had a 20mm model. Not sure why in 2011 they went to the bigger 24mm Piston, but one thing I have heard is you want the 24mm over the 20mm. If you revlave them for specific use they really make a difference, Racetech gold valved it’s the bees knees but not needed.
The SFS triple clamps are trick as heck for sure and I do like the feel for sure!
Do you actually gets PM’s? Or can I get an email address?
I have to thank Swatdoc for the detailed pictures and factory Husky for posting up Jason Anderson’s bike.
Hey SMV....you can send me a PM , and it'll go to one of my emails. Look forward to it.

Hey Smv , I didn't have one come through. I'll try sending you one , so check your email.

Edit :.....I don't think you have an email setup through your PM system here smv. It doesn't have a way to contact you through your profile. In the mean time , if you want to shoot me an email , send it to bigfattylenny@hotmail.com

Long story on that email address haha.

Can you still use a top neken clamp if your bottom one is stock?

If the bottom is cast it is not recommended.

Frustrating when someone like myself takes significant time to provide detailed info on the product being discussed in the very first post and then someone asks one of the most basic questions already detailed/answered in the first/introductory post.

I suggest you read the thread STARTING AT POST #1 to get an answer to your question. Several other posts also discuss...

I like mine. I typically run 120-130 psi in them. Definitely reduced the arm pump and shoulder pain that I was having. I got both top and bottom clamps even though my 16.5 FE only needed the top.

My only wish would be if Neken offered a slightly taller bar mount so i could raise my forks up on the clamps.

This is how high i wold like to run them. Can't because then the bars bottom out on the top of the fork.

I read the whole thread to avoid just that. You said you only had to buy the top because you already had the bottom. Maybe it is obvious to you because you own them and wrote it that way. That doesn't mean they are, or are not, compatible with a stock bottom clamp.

The kind gentleman that did answer my question said they are compatible but it is not recommended.

To be fair, it's quite confusing with the different versions and combos, and then with HSPD discussion, you effectively have 2 threads going on in 1 thread

Does anyone have an online resource where the top clamp can be purchased?

Blink The highest I would raise my forks is the same as your first picture, can't even think about how my bike would handle with them higher up.

So where did people get their clamps from?

You can get them from pretty much any dealer. They are distributed by Parts Unlimited.

Can you explain this? Or are you having a laugh??

When all bikes came with 7/8 bars, everyone replaced the cast top clamp with a billet clamp with removable mounts.

Never heard of any issues with running a oem cast bottom clamp with a billet top clamp.

How come I'm not not seeing these on any retailer websites? Could I get them from BTO for instance? If I'm reading correctly I would only need the top clamp for my '16 350 sxf?

My comment is from Neken.
Personally I agree with your experience .

The retailer still has to set up the product on the site if they want to sell them. Maybe you can call them and special order it? Or just visit a local shop as they have a MAP policy so they won’t be discounted online.

Those ended up not being stiff enough, hence the new spring/air.
IMO if the full air is a grade "A", the spring/air is an "A-".
As to availability, I know they are onshore. I have 2 sets coming. Parts Unlimited dealers are the best source.
Just about Any ktm/husky only needs the top clamp, no matter the 48mm fork. UNLESS one is changing clamp colors of course.

I think they're hard to source as they're a really new product. I couldn't source one anywhere online or from a local brick and mortar so I contacted Neken directly. Their US rep got back to me and my clamp was on the way the next day directly from Neken USA. Contact information is provided below.

Also, yes you are reading this correctly and only need the top clamp for your '16 350.
