I'll eventually have to post a list of who is who on there. Some use the same name they post with and others don't. I don't because I didn't feel like creating a new PSN Name after having mine since PS3 day 1 launch.
Might just be easier for everyone to create a new user name just for that purpose. Maybe something along the line of VitalMX_(your Vital Screename).
That way we'll know who is who on the track.

I wish Shorty was in it. I've followed Dakar a little with Cyril Despres but hearing Shorty talk about it on Pulp was really cool. Very technical and cerebral sport.

And now we see that they're still using the 15' kx450f for this game, but the '17 kx250f? Wonder what's going on there?
plus, in MXGP 2 the Oakley Airbrake was quite obviously in the game but as a player you couldn't buy it.
No doubt that because Milestone is a smaller company they struggle to get licenses for these things. I'm amazed they've managed to get so many companies on board for this game!

Look for one on the Xbox and if there's none just go ahead and create one. I don't know how things work on that console but I set mine up to private/by request only.
Hospital for a month? That sucks. I know how it feels. I was in one for close to 8 months after I got hurt. Hopefully you didn't have to share a room with more than 1 person like I did. Hope it wasn't for anything too serious.
Hard to put what I think into terms but if you were playing a mirror version of yourself on either system. Given you are both equally comfortable with the controllers and playing at the top that you can on the given system, i think the xbox version of you would win 8/10 just based on being able to play just a bit better on the xbox controller. It took a reluctant me a couple weeks till all of a sudden I felt more performance on my end I think directly correlating to the controller ergonomics. Thats just what I think haha
Then, lo and behold, here comes Milestone with an AMA Monster Energy Supercross game with everything licensed but the kitchen sink (and Tomac and a Kawi.) I'm still peeved at Nordic for that. I mean just be straight up and say you don't want to spend the money. Saying it is impossible and then a, compared to them, new company coming along and getting 99 percent of the full license makes them look real amateurish.
But I digress.
For racing games though, controllers rock, and the Xbox controller feels better for sure. I had a PS style controller for my PC, swapped it for the Xbox controller as it felt better overall.
But like you said it's just a matter of opinions and what you like best.
That said there are ways to adapt an Xbox controller to play on the PS4 or you can purchase an Xbox style controller for the PS4.
Xbox Style Controller. The downside of that controller is that it is not wireless but the cable is about 10 feet long. So there are options for you guys that prefer the Xbox style controller over the PS4 one.
