My favorite part of that article is how he says Marvin waxed Tomac at MEC... did I miss something?

And yes I would waste a ton of money betting on motorcycle racing.

Yes,

I do not gamble, do the lottery or play the slot machines in pubs but i would have a flutter if it was moto. Only because i have an in depth knowledge of it going back 30 yrs so i feel i could possibly put some decent accumulators together and predict possibl winners obviously. Unlike say football

Yeah im not one to gamble living in vegas but i think it could be fun at least with the pre-season craziness going on. Would be cool to see all these guys who say this guy is going to kill it or this guy, and see them put there hard earned dollars on the line with their predictions.

I do. Dungey & Team France won me some good money this year.

I've played fantasy leagues for a free years now. Never have I won less than what I paid
So yeah I'd probably give it a shot.
It's getting harder though because more people play now

What's the point, there's no money in it when you're backing the favourite. How many riders won a 450 SX last season

Absolutely.

In before one of the boy scouts shows up to assert their holier than thou perspective on gambling.

I love gambling as much as any degenerate, but it seems like it would change my fan style. I'd either lose a ton of money on my riders, or be forced to cheer for guys that I really don't like. I'm all for it in MX, but I would rarely participate.

Yes, but once Vegas had action on it, it would enter corruption, sabotage, and paying people off to take a fall.

Even stuff like a guy in the stands, shining a laser in the eyes of competitors isn't out of the question.

I think ide enjoy betting on the weird stuff.

Main holeshot

First main take out

Who loses most places

Who gains most places

Or championship placing bets

But not on who wins the main..depending on the season it can get a bit predictable

Betting fun money...with friends...yeah i probably wouldn't now that i think of it...

No. Too many PEDs Tongue wouldn't be a fair bet

Yeah I would probably bet small amounts to make things more fun. I wouldn't be betting any significant amounts though, moto is just way too unpredictable to do that. For example I probably would have bet on Roczen to win SX last year, and I would've lost Laughing
