After playing a little bit more I have to say I like it more than at the beginning. I really enjoy playing it. But whats up with the graphics? It looks so blurry.. On MXGP 2 the replays were so beautiful, it looked so realistic. Sometimes I just replayed a race and listened to music and slowed the speed of the video down on specific scrubs or corners just for fun Laughing But on MXGP 3 it looks WAY worse, dont feel like watching the replays.. But the gameplay is way better imo

In that way i think mxgp2 was more difficult and realistic, other than that i like it
The first person gopro views are from replays of races, the gopro view seems to make it seem like its going faster than it is..

This is actual game play :

P.S. Notice how much the track and lines change throughout the race.. especially compared to first lap

Also throttle control is very important, and that is also evident in this video ^

Anyone know how to get it on Xbox One in the US? Or do you gotta wait until the US release?

You are literally retarded, and not worth speaking another word too if you think for one second that MXGP or MXGP2 are better.. Like it isn't even a potential debate.. there is nothing about either of the first 2 games that comes close to 3.... 100% troll post. so please find yourself something better to do.

You've never even played the game

Besides, the videos and game play that I've posted speaks for itself. Hands down one of the greatest motocross game ever made, and will ever be made.

Top 7 motocross games ever made (in no particular order )

MXvsATV Unleashed
MXGP 3
MX Simulator
MXvsATV Reflex

okay okay so the game is dated, I know this but I've played all the GP games and when it comes to overall fun factor it's definitely lacking. Especially after you've logged some hours in it too. The racing becomes "boring". I really wish they would implement reflex's rider control with the dual joysticks in a modern mx game with realistic physics. Being able to whip/scrub freely is what makes Reflex so much fun IMHO. The MXGP games look beautiful but when it comes to playing video games, it's all about fun factor.

It would really help if you actually paid attention to whats going on around you.... MXGP3 is NOT MXGP1 or MXGP2 ... It's a completely new game build from the ground up with the unreal engine.... It came out 5 days ago, and you haven't played it... So why are you talking as if you've played it and you know all about it? I've played both, and reflex has always been one of my favorite mx games... and it bloooooowwwws reflex away.

ALSO, MXGP3 does use both analog sticks.. JUST like reflex. One turns the bars, the other controls the body weight, front to back and left to right.

And yes, you're right. it IS about fun factor... MXGP3 has a fun factor 10x that of Reflex. You can actually race people and bump into them without a catastrophic meltdown of a collision... just from rubbing plastics with the guy next to you.

P.S. If you like both analog sticks so much... why arent you using them? Your rider looks like a straight joseph... stiff as a boner around the corners... Your rider doesn't lean at all and it makes the game look retarded..
wow man, you're really taking this personal aren't yah! hahaha It's like I boned your GF and Mom at the same time the way you're coming at me. And go re-read my post, I have played it yah JACKASS!

Downloading on Steam now, how is the PC scene? Played mxgp2 on PS4 and online was good. Visually PC should be much better than console, on top of 3 being superior to 2.

What are you talking about...If you've played it, than why did you just say that it needs to make use of both analog sticks when it ALREADY does..

And you want to know how i REALLY know you haven't played it ? Because you're still trying to say reflex is better....

I am 100% certain anyone coming from reflex is going to love this game.. especially since it uses both analog sticks as reflex did.. which was the best thing a motocross game could do..

PC racing scene on MXGP2 was pretty terrible, so I'm hoping it's better on MXGP3 for sure. Hope to see you out there racing! Also nice setup, I'm running SLI 980ti's, thinking about them 1080's though.

Visually it's okay, I think they way over did the specular mapping on the terrains. I am really bummed they don't have 3440x1440 support, since I run a 34" ultra wide for gaming.

Alright, it's really good. You can control the riders weight with the stick. The bike physics are really good. That heavy feel is gone, the slow feel is gone. The speed/obstacles feel right. It has 2 strokes that are functional. The ruts are functional.

Nice job Milestone, thank you.

The fact that you can't understand that people might play the game and come to a different conclusion than you shows that you might actually be the one suffering from sort of developmental disability

There's a difference between opinions, constructive criticism, and trolling.

The fact that you can't understand THAT shows you are definitely suffering from a developmental disability.

When you show up to comment and barely string together a few words along the lines of "this game sux, reflex iz better" isn't productive, and isn't going to get my respect.

Also, when people judge the game when its 100% clear and obvious that they have obviously not played the game, and are (most likely?) basing opinions off of the 2 previous versions of the game, is also a bit irritating. So forgive me.

If people would like to share opinions on which motocross games they like the best, and support it with reasons why the game is good, and why you like it or don't like it... Im all for it...

But don't post 4 goddamn words saying the game sucks with no reasons to support it.... and make sure when you DO give reasons... make sure they are correct and relevant so you dont look foolish... like the guy who said the game needs to make use of both analog sticks like reflex does... when it already does use both sticks.. just like reflex..

OP comes on giving a decent, helpful review of the game then turns into a complete asshole.

Finally played a few races really fun, my only complaint is the American gear (answer, fox) are just the same exact from gp2 and no fly gear, except for some teams. But physics are fun, I feel I got to work harder on the 125 then on the 250f which makes it fun. Haven't ran 250 or 450 yet. But had some good wrecks that looked pretty realistic

Well, I ran a full season of Mx2 class in MXGP 3 over the weekend, and I've gotta say, the game is fun. Visually, it is breathtaking for a motocross game I really enjoyed the time I was playing, and craved more. However, I can't help but feel the tracks are the right width, but the jumps are so weak, small, and lack any bit of skill. I can't count the times where I would overjump things and there were no consequences. I played on realistic AI difficulty, realistic physics and manual shifting. I think milestone is headed in the right direction, however I'm not sold on the series until they fix the scaling and the awful air physics. Very fun game, but still needs some work.

Until then, I'll be playing MX simulator and waiting for MX LCQ to release.
