As for Malcolm, JGR called Malcolm before, there isn't much to pick from at the moment I don't see why they wouldn't call now it something happens. Given how things have gone in the past few years for them...odds are that they end up needing a fill-in.

Haha, I thought this thread was going to ask if JS7 or Dungey would be back first. I thought it would be funny if being at Hangtown yesterday, RD5 had a massive itch to go line up at the gate. I think he is done and he doesn't have anything to prove. Between Roczen and James that's a good question. I'm starting to get worried about Kenny's comeback since seeing him at Hangtown. His arm is not looking good at all yet. If he makes a full comeback it might be a year from now yet. We need Kenny, especially since RD5 is gone, CR22 is about gone, RV2 gone as well, and JS7 is or isn't gone. I would love to see James back and I can't see him going out like that, but its a coin toss to what will happen. I give a slight edge to Kenny coming back before James. If A1 comes next year and they both line up on big red machines, that would be a sight for sore eyes.

I agree. I would love to see both back. People on this form think KR94 will be racing 2018 SX. They are dreaming. I really don't see him racing at all until 2019 if then. I don't think people realize how bad his arm is & how easy it would be to re-injury it. Will he get full movement? Gees peole were even saying he would race 2017 MX at one point.

I'd love to see the guy come back, if you're a true fan you'd appreciate his immense skill on a dirt bike and realize it will probably never be rivaled. That being said I'm really not interested in seeing him come back if he's going to put in the same amount of effort he did last year. Although impressive to get a top ten (I think? Maybe 11th) after probably not riding very much or at all it was still sad to see him not be able to finish both motos.

There is big difference between those two. One is real and the other is bullshit. Roczen wants to come back and ride. JS will only do it for the money but say he loves it and is doing it for the fans. Call a spade a spade already folks.

BUT.... if I'm James freaking Stewart I'm thinking if I legitimately train for SX while everyone else is running outdoors I could sneak away with 1m at the monster cup.
If he races, great. If he doesn't, he doesn't owe me anything.

i really feel bad for Kenny. Guy is a breath of fresh air for the sport if you ask me.

Gang JS has not finished a series in what ..........7 years? Lets just make up a fictitious name/rider name and post threads about him every week in hopes that somewhere, somehow, somebody is going to make this sport great to be a fan of. Or we could move on and focus on those who train 7 days per week and actually show up every week this summer.

Probably because there are still some paychecks cashing. Remember every single dollar that gets paid to the riders or products given for free is paid for buy us. The end customer pays for everything. There is no magic bag of money.
