Dude, while you were busy seeking attention, posting photos taken of Lawrence by other people, he was busy helping to bring smiles to the faces of some kids who really needed it. I can't say enough good things about all the riders that showed up today. Every one of them visited every kid in the hospital, handing out swag, taking pictures and signing autographs. They were there for the 11 AM freestyle show and all of them stayed till we took this group pic at 4 PM. Lawrence was gracious and personable, taking time to really talk to many of the patients for awhile. This is my 7th year hosting this event and I've seen a lot of riders interact with the kids, parents and staff, and it's not something that can be faked...especially after four hours of doing it.
So 500 guy, why not get off his back and go torch ants on the sidewalk with a magnifying glass, or whatever it was you did for kicks before focusing on Lawrence. No offense...

Seeing old friends like Benny, waiting in the hallway for everyone to come (but especially RENNER) shows how much this means to them. This is Benny's third event, which means he has been in and out of the hospital for at least the last three years.
Thanks for setting it up and having us again Steve.

Happy to see lawrence was there and doing his part.
Hey asshole, what he did today was not part of his contract, he wasn't getting paid, he was stoked to be there, and you're a jerk for referring to it as "shit".
Seriously though, it's awesome for all those guys to take time and go cheer up some sick kids - under contract or not.
This was Chris and PJ's first time and both did a great job. I did not see anything other then professional conduct out of everyone.
Jason did not have to show up there. He did it on his own, he like all of the riders were asked if they would come, which they did. I have seen other riders in the past ask if they could leave "already", "how much longer do we have to do this" etc. There was none of that today. Jason could of left at any time, but stayed until it was completely over.
Sometimes people can put aside their differences to do something that puts a smile on the face of a sick kid.
And just an FYI...my tolerance for crap tonight is really low, as Lucifa just found out.
Nice Job Baurer
Pit Row
The knees were just a little snug around a set of Asterisk braces, but they fit fine there, and I prefer that to baggy around the knees.
supercool for bauer and everybody taking their time out of their busy lives and attending this gig.
nobody is forced to do it and nobody is compensated...what a novel concept in this day and age.
My ex-wife works as a counselor, helping people with down syndrome. Didn't stop her from taking my house with my backyard track.(that she turned into a parking lot for her brothers toys)
Does it make me a bad guy if I pray for her to get mauled by a mountain lion with Hepatitis-C?
Consider that I imported some sandy loam from the Southwick Mass. area for that friggin track
Post a reply to: Hey 500 guy, how about this J-Law photo, taken today
