It is the way chad would sign off. What a tremendous career, it's been a pleasure to watch you over the years and you are one of the greats. Well miss ya mate
He'll be back in 2018. In typical fashion he said what he meant in a way that could be interpreted a number of ways in order to make people wonder.
He won't call it after the way this season went. I still think on the right machine, in the right situation, he can beat the best. And I know he still thinks so too.
A few of his closest mates from Aus have reposted it congratulating him on his career so not sure if ts legit or not. I for sure thought he would go one more year to prove he is better than it looked at times this year, and on a bike. but who knows guess we'll have to wait till November for the Aus-x open to see what bike he turns up on or if he turns up to race at all
He's done for the year. Not racing outdoors. Pretty sure that's what he means. He said in a press conference not that long ago that he's going for the all time amount of main event starts and if things go well he won't just beat it but will blow right passed it when someone asked him the question.Something along those lines anyways.
Makes you wonder, proved again tonight he can still do it when the stars align
If "stars aligning" means the leader dropping anchor, then sure, Reeds got a chance to run up front. But during a normal race where everyone goes somewhere near full speed, CR doesn't have the speed anymore.

He does on hard pack and it's why he's been one of the best riders at Vegas over the years.

Vegas is hardpack!
Just saw CR22. Not retiring but no deal for next year.
Pit Row
He is good in Vegas, hell, he's one of the best riders ever. But it will need to be a strange night for him to get another win.
