Yeah Herlings is not a 14th place guy at all, not sure what is going on. He missed important prep, but even an underprepared Herlings would be better than that normally. He might just be trying too hard, and not flowing like he normally does. It's strange

Yeah it's a possibility of course. Only reason I didn't mention that is because he says that it isn't a problem anymore, but I think maybe that's because he doesn't want to make excuses. Whatever the case, it doesn't take a genius to work out that something isn't as it should be

And what about his starts? He has been way off, normaly his 1-3 after a start.... his like, leting them have it, no aggression.
Yeah that's also true. I don't think he's had a top 5 start in any race so far this season

For what is worth he definitely looks like he is not even trying, like in some corners he justs cruises or the triple sometimes he did it sometimes not. So I think he maybe is just not risking before he is 100 %

That was great. Good to see Paulin in the mix again.

Herlings best lap was 4-5 seconds slower then the winners best lap. Is that accurate?

I think it was 3,5-4 seconds slower than Gajser. But Gajser was 1,1 seconds faster than the second fastest rider(Paulin).

But this was probably Herlings worst moto of the year. It was even worse than Qatar moto 1 considering that Qatar was 2 months ago.

It's not fun any more, when you don't have the far best bike on the track, isn't it Jeffrey?

What an absolute uninspiring track. Just follow the leader in both classes.

Stupid comment. Just look at 2016 MXdN.

Something is clearly wrong(the hand).

Badly hurt hand for Herlings.

For real though, stop using the MXDN as reference meter. Paulin was killing it at the MXON with Honda but was mediocre at the GPs.

Paulin never "killed" it on the Honda in MXdN. He did just enough that was needed for France to win, 3-11 in 2016 and 7-5 in 2015.

Pretty much the same results that he had in the GPs.

Paulin did not kill it at MXdN at all. Probably the worst he has ever ridden at a MXdN. Herlings was fantastic at MXdN in his first 450 race and the way he is riding now is a million miles off that. Its clear that everything is not 100%

He looked way better than in the GPs. Can't deny that. Judging by MXDN results, Tomac should be worse than Anderson since one has a win and one hasn't.

What about Febvre too? 11th in moto 1. That just shows you how high the level is out there. If you're off even a bit it's easy to be outside the top 10

Second mx2 race should be good! And the heat is not that bad as it could have been. Jonass and Prado looked tired

He was 9th at one point but finished 11th, weird. I wonder if he crashed?

You can definitely deny that. Paulin looked awful at Maggiora, especially second moto, he nearly blew it for France

Gajser is already over a full moto in the lead of this thing. Despite riding sick in Quatar and having a bad race in Indonesia. Hope Cairoli can get back into this, looks like those are the only 2 this year with a shot at this thing.
Not sure what's wrong with Febvre or Nagl

Put Nagl on the old gen bike he rode in 2015. Ever since the injury late that year and the change to the new bike things have been mediocre in camp Nagl.

Alright if you say so. I find it hard to base it all off one MXDN. But opinions differ so.

Let's just hope he gets healthy soon.
