So Ferrandis is not really welcome, is stealing an american job away and should at least keep a low profile for two or three years...
On the other hand, he's a bit slow, quite overated and won't win or even podium...
Correct me if I'm mistaken, but if he's slow and doesn't podium, that's a good way to keep a low profile and you should be happy, huh?
So I guess everything's fine in a perfect world, with this self-fulfilling prophecy...
What's the fuss all about?
On a side note : it sounds like this is something he's been wanting to do for a long time. So I also see him going out there to try and make a point , prove his worth. I also have a feeling he'll humble some other fast guys out there this year.

I would say he has done quite well this year given him being a rookie in SX and has showed speed, consistency, and progress each and every week. As for the comments about him being dirty and not making friends, what do you say about Osbourne and Craig's antics here as of late. Those are clear and dirty moves that were uncalled for. Dylan has block passed guys and rode them high. Thats a far cry from straight t-boning guys.
And just remember he beat Herlings while riding a bike that was way off the pace of that KTM. He now has a great bike and will be on equal footing with the competition.
With that said, I will take your bet. Please let me know what you can afford to wager. I will leave that to you big boy.
I dont have an issue with his riding or aggressive style, its fine. I am just not ready to root for him in his rookie year over here. If what you say is true, then thats awesome, I will likely start rooting for him sooner than I expected if embraces America.
My bet is straight up, if he wins under any condition in 2017 I will forfeit my Vital account. If he doesnt win, regardless of injury or suspension or anything, you forfeit yours.
JButton, you are a rational poster and I can have a civil exchange with you so I would prefer if one of the Vitards take my bet instead of you.
With that said, I'm pretty sure, not matter what dudes are saying on here, he's not making many friends out there by coming in his first year especially, riding like that. I'm pretty confident he's going to start getting the Friese treatment by other riders very soon, if he doesn't chill out a bit.
Do you need to go to that extreme?...No. You could have just posted your opinion , but went off the deep end , and for reasons unknown , you want Dylan to fail. Why , I have no idea. In fact , almost every single person in this thread doesn't get where you are coming from. Way out in left field it looks like.
Why not just let him race , and where he finishes , he finishes. Sheeesh!
I love seeing these Euros coming over here and learning the SX craft. You have to admit, they seem to be a lot better at coming over here and kicking ass than we seem to do over there. I seem to recall it taking a few rounds getting his feet wet before JMB showed everyone how easy it was. How about that Roczen kid? He wasn't a shoe in right off the bat either but there sure were some nut swingers lined up to ride on his band wagon here recently. Love that kid, sponsors dream, hope he heals up 100%.
I know I wouldn't bet against Jimmy Button. That dude will ride a bicycle coast to coast with a freshly screwed together arm to prove a point...and raise some money. Hero, 'Merican style. Kodak moment. Hope all is well with you and the family, sir!
Pit Row
Ferrandis, that kids for real.
And kaptkaos, why don't you bet something of actual value?
