You get what you give.
The golden rule, that's life.
If you stab me in the back,
I'll use that very same knife.
Treat me like a man, a human being.
You'll get the same in return.
Try to set me afire,
I'll make sure you live to see me burn.

Meaning: An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

This is what started it, when Zach jumped to the inside of the corner when Adam was making his turn causing Adam to swerve out of way. It wasn't really bad and Adams Payback was worse. But then Zach finished him off again properly. So Adam didn't start it but it wasn't really that bad from Zach in first place

This ^^

The two of them should have been penalized.

I guess he was hit hard enough it launched him onto the plywood. It's one thing when a guy stuffs hard you and you return the favor but come on. Destroying a guy is uncalled for.

COMPLETE LIE. AC chose to get off the track because his brittle leg almost turned into hamburger. AC started it, ZO finished it end of story. How is this even a thread? This was already a topic Saturday afternoon when it happened.
Wtf are you talking about? Zach rode it up on AC 15 seconds after practice started. AC then stuffed him in the corner. That should have been the end of it. They were even. Then Zach punts him off the track. Zach started it, but what do you expect from a guy who's been in the Lites class since 2007?

Lame! After everything AC has been through, to think he could get sidelined again because of an aggressive practice pass. Hope he's alright.
My main point in starting this thread was simply that it was a shame.

I want to see AC out there, and regardless of where the blame lies, it would be a very disappointing to see him get injured again after SO MUCH TIME and WORK getting back to where he is. I realize racers get aggressive and that it's asking too much for Zach to consider AC's trials of late when you're in a race moment, but still, it's just cosmically unright for this kid to be out again because of something this trivial and avoidable. That was the point before all the hemming and hawing began.

I still feel the same about the Dungey pass on Stewart - that corner changed MX history, that one mistake. Was it Dungey's fault, well not exactly, it's just hard to see such major consequences come from seemingly avoidable incidents.

malice and intent. bangin bars doesn't imply one or the other. bangin bars in retaliation implies both.

The lack of insight into racing incidents around here is really quite incredible. These aren't really subjective arguments.

Seems like most people are ignoring that this is where it initially started^

Did you guys even read Adam's interview on this? He admits that he had it coming for what he did to Osbourne.

From Adam:
He had every right to retaliate. I guess I should have saw it coming.

Of course he admitted, his retaliation to what Osborne did in the first place (picture above) was way too aggressive.

What? So, I may be wrong here, but by your definition it seems like you can torpedo someone out if the blue and that is ok. But, if the person you torpedoed comes back and takes out your front wheel that is wrong?

Seems like you didn't watch the pretty clear video of the entire incidents where Zach pretty much rode on his inside and didn't make any contact. Aftering seeing that I really do think AC had it coming.

Look at the damn video, Zach takes the same rut and stays in it (easily) throughout the exit of the corner. If he punted Adam onto plywood he would not have made that corner so easily. Maybe just look at the actual video that shows it happen?

Have you guys watched the video I posted above? It shows all three. All three incidents were a step up on each other, none deserving of the prior.

Zac basically scared Adam and since it was blind, it would have seemed worse to Adam.

Adam aggressively took the line from Zac, but did so parallel so no damage.

Zac took it a step too far in my opinion, because he actually hit Adam with force at an angle. Adam is racing with what sounds like a corked knee.

Sounds like to me they should both be told to settle down.
