Where they trying to get him out of his contract ? They probably figured " This should do the trick"

I've had this set for sale in the Bazaar for a while. Can't seem to sell it. I think the price is fair. $30 + shipping...

Thread title post:

"Anyone else think that now is the time for No Fear to return?

Assuming that Alias still have some marketing rights for the gear, are they missing out on a golden opportunity?

Put Mcgrath, Pastrana and Kdub at the helm, pick up some up and coming amateurs and bam, back in business.

Especially with Mcgrath replica helmets coming out in quick succession.. 90's stuff popping up everywhere.
Edit post"

This is all I have left but I did have the patriot electron gear at one point but gave it away. Also had the blue/yellow electron colorway to match this spectrum stuff but it was cut off at the hospital in 02. dammit

I'm in favor for some pot stirring.

They sell the No Fear energy drinks over here and pretty cheap too.

Get stirring.
I had some Mcgrath No Fear footwear, the tread on the bottom was like the knobblys on an mx tyre. Loved them bought them at the '98 mx des nations at foxhills UK, was a real mudder they were the only things which stopped me slipping down the steep hills.

Go on then light em up hahah!

I had no fear gear back in the day, it was unreal. Got two seasons of racing and a few years of casual riding after that out of a set. Easy the most durable gear I've ever owned. Most of the top brands these days are just fashion statements, My Seven gear last about 3 months and every set of fox gear I've bought is flat out making 12 months, But I only bought them coz they looked cool any way haha.

Ok, Ill say a few things here:

A few of the employees and sponsored athletes of No Fear MX are now employees of Alias MX, including myself.

I worked there for almost a decade. Same with another employee, who had worked there for over 10 years. The other 2 were pro athletes for No Fear MX for many years.

In regards to Alias gear having similarities or differences, well, practically all MX gear is produced within the same handful of factories, the same factories that made gear for No Fear, and all using similar or same fabrics.
But some of the DNA and brainpower that went into developing that gear still is working together at Alias.

A group of investors own the No Fear trademark and they are doing a few things with it. So if you wanted No Fear product to come back, that would be on them. Alias has zero affiliation with them, or even know who they are.

Our goal at Alias is to provide the best quality gear for an unbeatable price through our Direct2Rider program. No other brand can do what we do in offering their newest and greatest designs at our prices. When you buy Alias gear you will have extra money so that you can ride more, which is exactly what we all should be doing.

Not exactly stirring the pot, or giving you guys any gossip, just the facts.

I look forward to hearing directly from all of you. And if you have more specific questions, please feel free to send me a DM or email me at davids@aliasmx.com

Good luck to Alias riders Christian Craig, RJ Hampshire and Eric Grondahl tonight in Minneapolis!

Still got the black and red set, don't think I'm game enough to wear it to the track haha.

I pulled out some 8 year old One industry Defqon gear the other day and got ridiculed by the young punks!

I think Josh Grant single handedly blamed all his ankle injuries on that excuse for a Boot No Fear made, he was contracted to wear them in his early Honda days, was akin to wearing some High Top Converses on the track.

Ok so basically No Fear didn't change its name and become Alias, but a few people who were with No Fear Started their own company? That what I got out of it any way, Either or, No Fear was good stuff back in the day, I like the Direct2rider idea, I'm about to pull the trigger on some new gear myself, see how it goes...

Thanks. Is Jeff Surwall involved?

Good memories as a kid watching him race here in Canada. Was always really nice too.

I had some of the pastrana short/ pants in blue they were so sick. If they came back out I'd buy a pair instantly.
