We would like to announce that we will be involved with a stellar bike build that you guys will not want to miss. World renown bike builder Wayne ransom Wayneransom.com and @the_kings_ransom on Instagram will be building a late model KX500AF with a boat load of handmade titanium goodness. "Yes, of course there will be a hand made titanium cone pipe involved" We will be gathering a bunch of great sponsors that will be included in the build. Ransom has also dedicated an Instagram page that will be posting step by step progress of the build. This can be seen at @ransom_KX500Af_build on Instagram. We cannot wait to see this come together stay tuned

It would be cool to see some type of dampening on the engine mounts. Whether it be rubber or delrin, or some sort of absorption material. I can feel my arms vibrating from here! Would be a first for sure!

Serious bike you're putting togheter! Sweet that the "Y" part of the frame got above the exhaust outlet, it will look like it came like that from the factory.

It's been tried on the Honda CR500 builds. It allows for play which in turn causes failures.

Stop sitting in the pits and you won't notice the vibration.

Check the compression release he made for cylinder head. Looks like it came fitted from the factory. Very nicely done.

Took a piece of scrap Titanium to decide on finishes for the handmade Titanium Fuel tank. Left is Polished and scorched Titanium, Right is brushed and scorched Titanium.
