I would expect Filthy Phil's 250 campaign to start no other way than a crash in the first corner of his heat. Silly

Was Phil gooning just then? Edit: he passed 11 guys and top Suzook. He's in it to win it.

All the respect in the world for Davalos' riding ability. I'm just so tired of watching him ride 250's

Man, I LOVE this sport! Forkner might not be as 'fast' as everyone was assuming. Davalos had him covered easily. The main might be different if he can pull the holeshot.

Not a ton of pressure for Forkner to go after him in a heat race

He should be an instant lock for the win after that heat.

Davalos gets the win tonight and the points lead for a few races, then has some "unfortunate event" that takes him out of the championship and coincidentally makes just under the points threshold to not point out so he stays eligible for 250sx for another year. Lather, rinse, repeat forever.

WHY?! I get so TIRED of people saying that riders should ride one class or the other. I have raced EVERY bike size. From minis, all the way up to Open class. My FAVORITE bikes EVER were always 125's. Or 250's now, if you please. I think we need a MAJOR RESET of what is considered the "Top Class". 250 riders go just as fast as the so called top class, and have just as much skill.
