Who's to blame Mookie or Geico

Rare do we see a champion not have a ride the returning season, but that's what we're seeing with mookie. I ask who's to blame Mookie, who's show in the pass to be too influenced and loyal to a fault to james could have hurt him. Also not riding out doors wasn't a good move, but I mean he still is the 250sx champ. So why Geico wouldn't sign him beats me after he gave them a championship last year, I feel that's kinda shitty, seeing success in the lower class that could played a reason why they landed Roczen you never know? What do you ya'll ?

Who do I blame? Hmm, I can't point the finger at a single person. I blame the situation of a sport with limited rides available, with plenty of riders available, and plenty of riders willing to ride for too little money. Now, what causes that or what can fix that...I have no idea. All I know is it seems difficult to get everyone on the same page in regards to Moto. It's a weird sport, for sure.

Edit: yes, bears is a better answer haha!

If I had an employee that wanted to take the summers off to relax and one that wanted to work and train year round it would be a pretty easy decision.

Tragically, in a sport that moves as quick as ours does and the rate in which faster and faster kids are coming, I don't think Mookie had the dominating results (or star power) to dictate when he will and will not race (without an injury) and expect his career to remain on an upwards trajectory.

There's about 20 guys in 450 with rides. Just enough for those who make the mains.

Put it to you this way Geico and Mookie had more success last year then Roczen did with Suzuki eating Dungey's roost all year long.

2 regional SX wins and a regional SX title means more than 5 450 SX wins and second in 450SX points?

Take into consideration that Malcolm was the 4th rider to take the red plate. I don't think that's more succes but whatever floats your boat.

Ken won more races last year than Mookie . plus ask the riders which is a bigger deal , finishing 2nd and wining loads of races in the 450 s or winning a very week coast in the 250 s . put Mookie in the west champ last year , he would have finished 4 th imo .

To me that's weak, 450 class 250 class it doesn't matter. Both guys were competing to win a championship in their respective class. And Mookie won Roczen didn't, I'd rather be the guy won the championship. (Even if it is 250)

Blame Honda for not having the 450 ready quick enough, which is not really their fault, it was more the earthquake that caused the delays,

so its gods fault, for causing the earthquake,
