You're a clueless idiot. You quad riders don't do anything except change the MX tracks into flat pavement. 2 quad guys can ruin an entire MX track in about 15 minutes. All our lines....gone. All the ruts....gone. Might as well ride on fucking pavement. The only reason some of you quad guys even ride them , is because you can't ride a bike worth a shit.

Why do you think so many MX tracks have quad practice on totally separate days than MX days? It's because they flatten the fucking track out! If you wanna ride quads , ride them.....and have fun riding on those silky smooth / pavement tracks.

MX or quads....ride what you want....and if you choose the quad , just stay off the track I'm riding.

They put wear and tear on the track which requires maintenance, JUST LIKE THE BIKES DO. Quads actullay put less wear on a track which is easier to repair. I bet it took twice as long to groom Unadilla after the MX national than it did after the ATV Nat.

Quad riders dont complain about the tracks, even if they are not groomed for weeks on end. Do you think you could ride your dirtbike on a track that the ruts are weeks old and look like Unadilla after a Nat? Half the riders would not even try, and the other half would bitch and moan.

This is VitalMX and I believe Quads race MX. Theres a ton of Hare Scrambles/enduro talk here, thats not MX, thats off-road.

So, yes, Quads that race MX do have a place on the MX track, and here. MX is MX. Some people think racing Quads is easier, others think its harder.

The ones that have done both have stated similar opinions. The bike guys are throwing out opinions based purely on speculation and assumption, and some pent up emotions.

Race Quads with top racers can compete on any MX track and beat all but the top half of the field.
The top half of the MX field has Factory Support (non existent in Quads), highly paid full time riders with trainers (some of the top guys have this, but not any where near the same level).
They pay their entry fees, and they bring people to fill the stands.

They love MX and dirt bikes, and enjoy the whole track experience. Why cant everyone just get along?
