Heavily modified? You gotta be kidding 208mph? 176 I could believe, but 208 that's gotta be some ride.

Probably a 2.14 Pontiac gear or some crazy shit.
0-60 in 22 seconds, then it was thrusters up to 200. LMAO!

That's nothing I will tell you what is really impressive is when they caught Rodney King doing 125mph in a Hyundai.

I got clocked last year at 106. Luckily he pulled the trigger on his gun when I was still in 2nd gear or he would have clocked me at about 180 shortly after that. Smile I never did see the cop hiding in the weeds and wouldn't even have known if it weren't for one of my buddies behind me called me on the communicator and said he pulled out behind them. I slowed down to about 40 and waiting about 10 minutes for him to finally catch up. He pulled all 9 of us over and gave us tickets. Smile It was the county Sheriff himself. He said if we contact his brother-in-law at the courthouse we can get it reduced to a loud muffler ticket for an extra 250 bucks. So that's what we all did. Smile He also told us they have a "loud muffler 1" and a "loud muffler 2". You're allowed to do that twice and then if you get another ticket you can do traffic school. Smile

My buddy talked his way out of a 144. Said he was working on a customers bike who complained of a high speed oil leak and was just checking to see if he got it fixed. Smile

Nice! Those look like Illinois roads, no corners. Smile
that is a pretty straight road for NZ, we had about 1/2 mile run up out of a sweeping corner, and about another 3/4 mile to slow down,

The car (and driver) is in at least one of the Street Outlaws episodes. I don't watch the show but a friend said he is a street racer and has been associated with the show. That seems like a weird choice of car for a street racer.

Above is a link to the road he was on. You could tap anything out. Long, straight, new and smooth

This has to be one of the easiest ticket's to fight as long as he doesn't admit to speeding. It would probably take 1200-1500hp and a couple miles of straightaway to get to that speed when you factor in aerodynamics on a stock mustang. When it comes to vehicles gaining MPH at WFO it takes a lot of HP.
