I sure hope Anderson is OK,that's some shots luck after a great ride but what on earth was he doing? He looked back just before the jump and must have seen the lapper.

I don't think it was intentional, but fuck man you don't ever follow in the same line as the leader when he crosses the finish line. They rarely jump it and there's a good chance they're slowing down after the jump. So if you decide to jump, go where he isn't. Fuck I feel bad for Jason.

You can't blame anyone for that, just a freak accident. I doubt the lapper had any idea Anderson would still be coasting down the finish line jump when he came over it, and I doubt it crossed Andersons mind when he pulled of that victory that someone would hit him when he rolled the jump.

Well he clearly diddn't see it or he wouldn't have jumped it. It's an accident, and accidents happen. Let's hope for the best, and while doing so, maybe stop pointing fingers and calling people blind idiots. At least that Jap is on track racing instead of talking about something he as no clue off.

BUT...

If you get lapped and the leader takes the cheqeured flag just ahead of you the race is over. You don't complete the last laps... therefore there is absolutely no need to jump that jump.

Just a bummer deal all around really.

So, USA is 23 points plus whatever Cooper can get. All on him. But France can drop a 14th, so they're the favourites now with Febvre and Paulin in this moto maybe adding 4-6 points
That's it the race is over once Anderson passed the line, the lapper had nothing to gain jumping it, hope his all good for next moto an can salvage a good result

It wasn't intentional. We need to remember we essentially have world class athletes racing and a few guys who could barely qualify for Loretta's in the B class near the back of the pack. There's no one to blame really, just a shitty incident all around. I'm sure the rider who landed on him isn't exactly happy with what happened.

Was shaping up to be a great last moto with Herlings/Anderson rematch. Bummer for it to be ruined in such a stupid way - by a lapper no less!

Unless something drastic happens to France I think they have it in the bag.
