Word on what started the fire and the occupancy?

No reason a pro effort shouldn't be able to have 2 and 6 in parts.
Well sure, the trucks do, but if the bikes look like that, think about what all the spare parts look like Dry

That were in the trailer. If all the bikes are gone I'm not sure you can just open the drawers and pull out shiny new parts.

Damn shame. Best of luck to everyone on the team to get through the weekend.

For you guys cracking jokes and claiming insurance fraud, that's some pretty cheap ass jabs to take while the guys are there dragging shit out of the flames. And for those claiming that insurance will just "pay for it all", you have no clue.

Sucks, hope no one was injured.

As was already said.. Isn't this the second fire, in addition to the theft?? If so, feel like it's a point reenforcing.. wtf?

Let's put on the tinfoil hats...

Is this team folding next year? Theft and fire to cash out?

The Rockstar Husqvarna rig had a small fire earlier this year.

You're right. I edited some of my comments.

If I don't laugh at something misfoutunate I'll cry. No one was hurt, that's the important part. I think we can obviously agree it wasn't an insurance job, or a cash out.

The rumor is that the battery on Shortys bike caused a fire.

Seems the number 1 goal of insurance companies is to try and get out of it anyway they can. Hate hate hate insurance but ya gotta have it... Double edge sword.

What mechanic burned a Yamaha rig down?

Or was it Plano Honda?

Will Short is incredible on a bike. Personally, I think Andrew is better, but the youngest brother, Long Short, does mind-blowing' stuff on a bike!

Lithium batteries are no joke. Slight damage or over charge. They catch fire. Tesla found out about that.

The high output no weight battery game is touchy and explosive.

'cause it's just not stressful enough to run a race team.

Don't need rumors. I was just talking to a guy on the team...it was the A/C unit.
Bummed for these guys and what they've gone through this season.

Battery seems more legit, look at the middle of shorts bike front looks salvageable but the middle to rear is toast

These photos are hard to look at.

Was that bike the only thing damaged?

I believe they all were, and lots of other things in the rig (that's what I hear) someone said they have to build 3 new bikes with what parts they have and what parts they can get
