Do you have a full Hinson clutch kit in there or do you just have the cover? I'm curious if the Hinson kit is harder to pull at the lever. I'm debating between the Hinson and the Rekluse TorqDrive setup for my '15 KX450F, because I've heard the TorqDrive retains the stock lever pull.
I only have the cover currently. Plan on getting full Hinson internals once stock wears out. I Haven't had any pull issues with full Hinson clutch kits before.

Nice!

If it were mine I would put a green front plate, black side panels and rear fender and call it a wrap.

Oops! forgot to add black seat cover as well

Looks great! Looks like the 2012 I did before my 2016. Is it a textured powdercoat like mine?

Awesome, thanks. If you have it handy, can I trouble you for a part number? I found it on their website but it's not in the drop down selection and there is no part number, only a picture.

Somebody posted a link in the other 16 kx450 thread, but I think they were sold out? Its a bummer because I usually pull the OEM stuff off and throw it in the closet until I go to sell the bike so it looks fresh. Havent been able to do it with this bike unfortunately.

I have emailed acerbis, they are out of stock till June or later. Motosport, rocky mountain, bto and WPS should have it april 29th. You can get all the pieces of flo separately on bto right now, but they cost alot more then a kit. I am hoping to get a kit myself from one of the places. I check all 4 places daily and a local wps distributor .

Did you happen to weigh the frame before and after the PC? I'm curious if added any noticeable weight.

It is too hard to get the correct consistent color if you anodize. Too many different types of formed aluminum. I don't have 5 frames to try like chad reed did lol the textured black powdercoat holds up very well

I did not.. Less than a pound I would guess. Wasn't an issue for me as I'm not in the greatest shape myself lol

Yea its the textured so far its holding up great i think i have one very small chip but nothing to bad..... only negative is it covered up the vin and i was riding in the hills in california and didn't notice the fish and game warden drive up on us...... wasn't to happy about no frame vin but didn't make it a huge deal.

Why spend the time and money to make a new bike look like an old one. To each his own!

How close does the seat cover match the plastics? I can't wait to see it with graphics. You're costing me money, man. Laughing
