What do you use to fasten your new seat cover to the base?
Ive always used 3/8 staples in a Arrow Staple gun . Im thinking of using a pneumatic crown staple gun. Ive had a brad nailer for years that shoots nails and staples but never put it together to use it on my seat

No one sells replacement foam for my bike.
Where do i go to have foam made?

Pneumatic is the way to go and makes the job a lot easier and faster. Just make sure you test and set the right PSI so you don't blow the staples through the cover itself. Even this cheap guy from Harbor Freight has done a good job for me. It's done about 7 covers with no issues, just make sure you use good Arrow staples and not the junk ones they sell there.

Old craftsman electric stapler with SS staples. It's old enough to not have any safeties so you can shoot staples at the kids when they are bothering the crap out of you while putting new seat cover on your old seat. Lol

Haven't done one in a long time has anyone ever used monel staples?, It is what they use for marine upholstery, my guess is they will not rust, I used them for a marine headliner, but you don't see the staples so I have no idea how they have held up, as far as rust goes, marine store item though

Just did a seat cover using marine grade vinyl and an electric staple gun. I'll look at the staple size if you need them. I think they were 5/16.

If you look at the NEW OLD CR250 thread on here you can see how it turned out.
