Kidkawie Added a reply to 04 KX125 swingarm alternative's?
4/13/2026 4:00am iirc, the widths of the linkage are different and the chain roller is different. If you study the parts diagrams they list the pin and bearing sizes. Last time I looked into that was 10-12 years ago. Whats wrong with the original arm? They can usually be repaired.

10/25/2025 12:51pm I bought this bike back in 2012-ish in the US, had low hours. My kid rode it maybe 3 hours. I did a top end, first piston, Wiseco, when I bought it, serviced suspension. 9/21/2025 1:26am The chrome tube should be 48mm. Hondas copywright on the front brake line routing ran out in 04, so the brakes and fork guards changed then.

9/17/2025 2:27pm Thete's more to it than just swapping the forks. The steer tubes after 2002 are 10mm longer, and you need to fab a steering stop. To retain the 2000 wheel with the '16 fork you may have to fab wheel spacers and/or buy different seals. You will also need to space out the caliper. I adapted 07 250f forks to...

9/3/2025 3:27am Added some engravings on my silencer today. The gasgas number plate leaves the entire bare side of the silencer out in the open, so I figured it needed some flare. Used my vinyl cutter to make stencils, a 9v battery, alligator clips, vinegar, and q tips
