The opening night of the Puerto Rico SX riding a 450.
Kind of suprised he wasnt on his 2 banger.
Kyle Partridge was second and Ryan Smith Third.
All the Nitro Circus guys are here putting on a freestyle show.
Travis did a few tricks after the main but he promised the
crowd to put on a freestyle show tomorrow night.

TP coulda woulda shoulda been a top racer in the US, even up till now as he's still relatively young (25 or 26?)..... can you imagine all the battles of the last 8 years if you would have thrown TP into the mix?? most God gifted rider of all time....

now days, he's off goof'n around at the PR supercross and talking retards into jumping into his foam pit with crotchrockets......... "sigh".......

and there was more shit going on down there...i posted this on my site......good god!!

the nitro crew...

bell is a funny guy. he knows all the athletes that have a wheel or board under them because that's his job...but he couldn't name one nfl'er, hockey player, fighter, ect. i get a text yesterday morning..."i'm at some gym in puorto rico, is this dude named miguel cotto any good"?....bell knows i'm a sports almanac so i get this all the time from him.

i text back...silver medalist in the olympics about 9 years ago, only loss was about 6 months ago to antonio margarito who was 20 lbs bigger, and in the top 3 power punchers alive right now.

he texts back..."oh shit". i say what? he says....he's gonna tee off full blast and punch streetbike tommy in the face for the show.

i say....tommy may be killed..."you picked the wrong boxer"!

your take on that is wrong on so many levels i wouldn't know where to start...

ok, i'll start..first, he was a top racer. won a national title, then gave rc more than he needed in the few 250sx'es he raced before his body gave out.

secondly, he's not a "god gifted" rider like a bayle, lechien, windham, or reynard. he worked harder and had more balls...and could tolorate more pain than anybody. to this day he still can't whip a bike.

third..he's not "goofing around with retards"....he's a stud champ ralley racer for the best team in history, a tv star, the best fmx'er of all time, has completed arguably the gnarliest stunts performed in the last 10 yrs, has the biggest sponsor list in ex sports that support him with zero gameplan or agenda, makes more money than any two wheeler except reed and bubba....and is the most famous extreme athlete on the planet by a mile!!

take a seat!!

So true! I could not believe how humble he was when my son and I walked part of the track with him at the Vegas SX a few years ago! When I was walking by his motorhome, some young kids knocked on his door and he answered and chatted them up. Definately one of the good guys!!!

for those who never experienced it live....when travis was on the line in a sx, the whole stadium had a vibe that hasn't been felt since he disapeared!

TP is probably the nicest pro mxer we've ever met.
If he shows up for any event, you know he's there to give 100%.

And he seems to be very happy doing what he does, living his life his way. How many people can say that.

Really? I enjoyed watching part of the series.
Ive only seen one episode so far so it was kinda different
to see that type of stuff on MTV. I will HAVE to catch the one
of him at the SX. Defiantely one of my favorite guys to watch
race. You NEVER know what TP will pull out of his ass.

Yea i talked to Ryan Smith who is there racing and he said last night the weather was a little damp and the freestyle ramp was damp and slick so Travis didnt do much but he did hit the side of one of the jumps on the track that was about 2 feet tall and backflipped it. That guy is crazy....

Travis at Daytona was amazing. Anytime he lines up, something is gonna happen.

I dont think anyone is not a fan of Travis.

Travis is truly the nicest and most personable racer out there. He is living his life his way and people need to quit deciding what is best for him. 199 lives was great it really lets you see some of the behind the scenes stuff that he and his family have been through.

3 mortgages on the house and racing all over the country for years, is no small sacrifice. In St. Louis years ago when ,my boy was maybe 2 or 3 (i have drank since then) we walked over to where Travis was hoping to catch a glimpse of him the next thing I know he has my boy in his arms carrying him around hi fiving team Suzuki.

He is genuine and cool as hell!!!

Pastrana and the Nitro Circus crew made tv fun again (for me anyway). I am freain stoked that they have gone big time on MTV with Johnny Knoxville. Maybe TP's dad will get that 15% from Godfrey now.

No one pushes the edge of the envelope like Travis!

I hope he never does the X Games on a motorcycle again though.....he scares me when he does!
