With all this talk of Reed going to JGR no one seemed to mention that JGR is running the FULL SX/MX season as a team so if the do in fact sign Reedy does he still get to ride SX only or will his team and sponsors make him run outdoors?

On another note, with Stewart (supposedly) going to L&M and they are SX only what will be our future of the MXON? I mean if this SX only thing becomes more of a trend like it already seems to be we will lose more talent to SX and the top riders won't be fast enough to compete/win MXON thus if the outdoors becomes a support series like some are saying it might be who are we going to pick out of that talent pool to represent us at the MXON in the future? I know there are still PLENTY of fast outdoor riders for years to come but if there are less to choose from and those "top" guys are injured (like it has happened in the past ...RC) we will be getting dominated by the Euro's again.

I for one love the outdoors but they are in need of a serious makeover because I'm over SX events as they are more of a monster truck show now .... getting too cheesy for me

As far as too cheesy goes, maybe the intro's are getting a bit overboard but that's part of what the paying public seems to want these days. As far as SX racing, it is still real racing not WWF where the winner is known ahead of time and also these racers are true athletes. They deserve our respect and anyone that can make a main in SX is a bad dude. I like the outdoors better because i race every weekend but i would say that the majority of the fans for SX and MX do not race and enjoy a good show when they attend a race, simple as that. If SX was taken away, most of you that put it down would eventually love to see it back and reminisce about the good old days..

As far as the MXoN goes MXA hit it on the head as far as the significance of the event.

"The mxon is not the best riders from around the world racing each other. I can guarantee you that the three best riders from Chile, Argentina, Ireland, Cuba, Portugal, Ecuador, Ukraine, Iceland, Bulgaria, Venezuala and Latvia wouldnt be in the top 20 at a outdoor national. So what the mxon really does is pit a small handful of good riders against a bunch of moving roadblocks who coundnt win a local race in Wichita."

Stewart runs outdoors, wins most, if not all motos. You asswipes will complain about a boring predictable summer (with no RC, you know damn well JS will take it all in MX).

Stewart sits out the summer, "fuck the fans" as look-at-me BM says.

Whether he races outdoors or not, people will still bitch and moan about something.

Intellectual input there BIGWIG, I don't think.

Supercross can get real boring with it's 40 sec lap times .

Outdoors is where it's at, that's the real deal there, proper motocross on rough hard tracks.

I wonder if he could ride L&M Suzuki in SX and for Factory Suzuki for the Nationals or I wonder if he saw RV crush everyone at the Des nations and decided he didn't want to get his ass kicked outdoors for the next few years.

I don't want to see SX go anywhere its going great as it is but outdoors is more appealing to me, I mean you really get to see the riders hanging it out and wringing out the bike which is where the 450's are such an advantage over the smoker. Indoors the riders can go fast but are limited to track design and over riding the track they can get punished for it. Don't get me wrong i'll still go to a SX race any day of the year ands I have nothing but respect for riders who can make a main in SX but I prefer outdoors events for its simplicity and raw speed.

What about this?

He mentioned a few times that he liked yami and keith mcarty is working on something for him. Maybe he is trying to do a deal out of Gibbs semi with a Yami salary for sx. Like somebody mentioned earlier, maybe L&M/James on a different brand than blue.

And proud to be there. There's a SX 60 miles from my house, and an outdoor national 140 miles.

I'll bet you can't guess which one I look forward to more, and attend each year?

Your point is? Do you even know which side of a bike the throttle is on, or are you just a key board BIGWIG?

Naaah, he's the same flatbiller you see getting drunk in the parking lot at all 3 Anaheim races with the wifebeater, mullisha tattoos & getting tossed by security before the main for screaming "fuckin' A" every time his rider comes by, barfing down some guy's wife's back & getting in a fight over it.

DMG will put a serious outdoor 1 moto format sx killing package together that runs parralel with the sx schedule and kill the LN/fim sx deal without even purchasing it!

X2

The Canadian nationals look just as good on TV as the US ones, actually better. Doesn't matter that all but a few of the riders couldn't crack the top 20 here on their best day. A good race is a good race.
